Handyman in Action

Just bought a house with two bum toilets. Found these guys via Google in my area and arranged same-​day service with J.J. He figured out why the toilets wouldn’t flush and fixed one of them with spare parts, so we would have a working toilet for now, while I decided if I wanted to fix them or buy new. I also needed a tree cut back, that had gnarly vines blocking access to the electrical and cable wires. They sent J.J. out for that too, and he got it all out of the way. Very nice man.

These guys are pretty much CONS in action! I had a leak in the ceiling from the upstairs bathroom. they sent out Ruben, who seemed to know what he was doing. until he broke stuff then charged to fix it. then he had to come back to fix a drain that didn’t take. he tried to charge me for the stronger glue he had to go buy (I don’t think so). He put a big hole in our bedroom wall to get to the shower head pipe (which he broke). then it wasn’t even the problem. still he insisted that it was. the leak came back and it’s been over a month and the «boss man» has agreed to come out and rectify the problem. only problem is, he can’t seem to get his head out of his ass to actually come out and do the work. keeps giving me the run around. We’ve had mis matched paint, a patch half finished on our ceiling, and just a terrible feeling of being WAAAAAY overcharged for work that didn’t even need to be done AT ALL! longer story short, DO NOT TRUST THESE CONS!

Needed some big holes in my drywall patched up.
Called them up, and they sent Michael.
Michael got held up a bit at his previous job but called me to let me know his time frame.
He showed up, assessed the work to be done and gave me an estimate. I had to run out and when I came back the walls were patched up and smooth just like Michael said they’d be. Great job and decent price — about $ 150 for one giant 6×6 hole and one 5×5 hole with a valve box in the middle. Can’t even tell that there were holes before.

This will be my last and final time posting on this company. For some reason they consistently pull my post. If I can save at least one person from the bad experience I had with this company then so be it. This company is very unprofessional their work is a reflection. They were supposed to install a latch for my screen door the end result was a drilled hole in the frame work with a nail stuck inside. I have posted two other times about this company but they somehow figured out how to filter my post. It is unfortunate that this can be done because my fear is that this company has already taken advantage of someone else. Hope this post helps until it is ripped of there review page like my last two.

We needed a hole in a wall filled in and a medicine cabinet hinge fixed. Called these guys and a Michael Stafford came out. He was fantastic and worked very fast. He even ran out to Home Depot to find a part; the part was not available so he created his own fix. And all is perfect. Very reasonable price too.
