Jersey Mike’s Subs

Got the 43 which is essentially a philly cheese steak only they add chipotle mayo. Now, the five stars are because of where it’s from and how good it is. For a large fast food chain to produce THAT quality of tasty food, jersey mikes has five stars from me. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful everytime I go there, and even with a line my I’m in and out the door in less than 10 minutes for a hot sub. Will definitely be coming back.

Best service I’ve ever received at a restaurant overall. I’d put six stars if I could. Mack Alex Candy and Karla are all amazing workers. They treat their customers like family. Much love.

I love the Philly steak sandwich but more importantly the customer service! I called in an order it wasn’t ready when I arrived, cool no problem they gave me a drink while I waited, and waited, and waited! When my name was called I went to pay and the awesome guy, wish I would’ve gotten his name, at the register politely said its all good sorry for the wait! Wow! I’ll definitely be coming back to this one! You guys gained a customer for life! Thank you!

Not only are they the best sandwiches in Van Nuys, it also eats up all the competition. WAY BETTER THEN THE «healthy» SUBWAY. Get the original cut! With avocado and make sure to get it MIKES WAY!!!

Really good subs. The bread is really soft and the meat is of good quality.

What could I possibly say about these guys and girls — always a pleasure to order from here. Whether by phone, or in person — unparalleled service, every single time! And by the way, I realize there are more than likely «training» guides for the people who work for this company, but as far as the personalities of everyone over at the Van Nuys location, my money’s on that these guys were born this way, they didn’t learn how to treat people (read; customers/​diners/​patrons) from some training manual/​SOPs/​or anything like that — I have been coming here for a very long while and have never been disappointed — they make a helluva sub (I know a thing, or two about Subs — Once Upon a Time, I owned and operated my own Pizza/​Sub Shop in Baltimore — so I’m a bit particular about where I eat (on a regular basis)) — And tonight, just as a point of reference, I slipped in with literally 5 min to spare b4 closing — I was indeed the last customer. And they could’ve whined, walked away, grumbled and mumbled under their breath — but instead, just as if there were hours to go — they delivered «World Class» service and should be commended. The part of #TeamJerseyMike’s Van Nuys who were present and who served me this evening (meaning; Saturday, the 6^th of Feb) were as follows: Myles, Kanosh, Alex, Eric and Brittany — but I know many times over from multiple past experiences here — all of the (employees) (they should be called Owners, or Partners, because they treat this place as if they all have a million bucks invested in this restaurant) people who work here, have never treated me with anything but exceptional service. — Thank you, every single one of you — Sincerely and Without Reservation — Marlo Bernier, Jackie Frost Films/​Los Angeles

Great service, great food, clearly this is one of the best sandwich places to eat at any time of day. Everytime I walk they have great employees embracing my presence, and making sure I get attended to as soon as possible.

Talk about a great sandwich combined with top notch customer service! I had the Original Italian and it put my panties in a bunch it was so good! Keep up the good work guys!

Wow best jersey mikes I’ve Been too, Devon was so energetic especially for someone who was already closing up, he took our order with the biggest smile, than Britney made our sandwiches to perfection, these two really set the standard high for all jersey mikes workers, I’ll definitely visit again since I got a free sandwich due to my rewards program! Best sandwiches in the valley!

A friend and i always end up going to jersey mike’s for dinner after work and we get giant sandwiches. The customer service at this location in superb. Davon and Brittney greeted us with smiles as well as another gentlemen whose name we did not get. Davon was helpful and fun and also sliced the meat and cheese for us. Brittney made the rest of the sandwich for us. All smiles, great customer service from them two. Will always keep coming back!

There is no better sandwich out there and the Van Nuys location makes them the best. Matt is number 1, he always makes the most amazing sandwiches and I’m sorry he will be leaving soon for another job opportunity. No sandwich artist can compare.

This is the best jersey mikes location. Adam J and Aaron M really hooked it up with our sandwiches and made some extremely entertaining conversation. Yo MTV where there jersey mikes show at!!!
