Josue’s Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

If Rob is busy, call Josue! Carpets are spotless with no chemical odor of any kind; he even got out the beat juice stain. He’s very nice and was right on time. I cannot recommend him strongly enough. And when he does a great job, please leave him a good review. He’ll deserve it.

I completely agree with the other reviewers — Josue is really fantastic! I was also referred to him by Rob of Rob’s Organic Carpet Cleaning, who was too busy to take my business. Take my advice: GO STRAIGHT TO JOSUE! He came to my house the same day for an estimate, was extremely friendly and offered very fair pricing to clean my two, very dirty, large area rugs (a Turkish vegetable-​dyed wool and a crewelwork). These rugs are both pretty tricky to clean, and previous attempts yielded so-​so results. Josue took them to his shop for full-​immersion cleaning, and they both came back on time (he promised two weeks, and was early) and really clean. He mentioned their may be an odor from the stain-​protecting treatment he added, but I never detected one. The Turkish rug feels so soft and cozy now.
Josue also cleaned the (also very dirty — I have two little kids) upholstery on several chairs, which came out great. He truly takes pride in his work, and as others mentioned, he is a very kind person, and is simply a pleasure to work with. He even left me with cleaning solution to tide me over until our next cleaning. Great guy, great service.

Josue came to my house to pick up 5 area rugs to take to his warehouse for Full Immersion Oriental Rug Cleaning. On the recommendation of Rob’s Organic Carpet Cleaning (another Unilocal-​winning business) I trusted Josue to take 3 Oriental rugs that were my dear mother’s and 2 100% wool Himalayan rugs that had never been cleaned. It was important to me that he uses no harmful chemicals. He is a Green-​Certified Cleaner and his green products are baby and pet safe. He was such a sweet person and immediately offered to help roll up the huge rug in the livingroom, which meant moving a heavy sofa bed, TV table, 2 chairs and a coffee table. That was hard work and he was cheerful the whole time. He said he’d return the rugs in 2 weeks and that was perfect because the hardwood floors were being refinished during that time. Exactly 2 weeks later Josue delivered the rugs and knocked himself out moving that same furniture to perfectly position that huge rug in the livingroom. Honestly it was such a pleasure doing business with someone who is excellent at his work and who is such a nice person, too. Finally, the only scent I detected was fresh and clean, like sun-​dried, clothesline-​finished pure clean. Also 818 776‑8559.
