The worst laundry mat ever. We went there to wash a carpet which they can handle. Not only did the woman working there on 7⁄29 at around 8pm insist that we use the largest machine, which cost more money. She ended up opening the machine while we stepped away for 20 mins. When we came back, the machine was open and she said the machine didn’t work. When we asked for our money back, she refused. We got this interaction all on camera as she was rude and continued to refuse to give us our money back. Not only will I never go back here they will be reported to the better business bureau. They are thieves and should be prosecuted for stealing money from a customer.

Me and the boyfriend make the treck from North Hollywood to go to this laundromat. The ladies who work here are super nice and friendly. There’s free wifi and vending machines are always stocked. The best part is that it’s well lit, clean and well ventilated. The only con is that there are no hand washing sinks (for clothes). Which is unfortunate.

It was my first time here and I was impressed. Very clean and super friendly staff! I went on a week night and there were plenty of machines open.

Relatively small laundromat but super clean compared to the laundromats that are near by. Probably because they have an attendant that is here on site the entire time. They have a little «store» where they sell you soap incase you forgot to bring yours. They also have a restroom but you have to pay to use it (quarters only). For the most part they have all working machines, sometimes this is not the case. You have to try their massage chair. 8)

Pros: cleaner than other laundromats in the area, has free wifi, on site attendant, restroom, and they even sell soap!
Cons: gets packed on the weekends, has small parking lot, a few of the washers and dryers are «out of order»

Let’s admit something here. Living in Van Nuys is not the most desirable area to live. It took 4 different laundromats in a 3 mile radius to find this one on Hazeltine. I was horrified by my selection to be honest, and so grateful that I found this particular laundromat relatively close (1.5 miles away from my tiny studio).
This was THE only laundromat that was clean and didn’t smell funky! Plus, Lilly is so sweet! She speaks English and Spanish. I would definitely recommend this place. Especially if washing your clothes in a clean environment is important to you.
