I have to echo Kimberly’s sentiments about this establishment. I left feeling I got all the signals I needed to not ever go back: no privacy for examination rooms (imagine a hair salon type set-​up), unprofessional/​unknowledgeable staff, and ghetto location/​interior. The dentist (male) seemed nice enough, but all other elements pointed to «never return.»

I’ve been to dozens of different dentists throughout my lifetime. This is by far the worst place I’ve set foot in! I can’t say much regarding the dentist herself since I never did get any work done due to their poor way of handling business. However, I will review her staff — after 2.5 months of scheduling and rescheduling, I can say that her staff is COMPLETELY INADEQUATE!
I was assigned this place after I switched my insurance. I called the first time trying to schedule a simple cleaning. They gave me an appointment for 3÷11÷14. I got a voicemail from them on 2÷10÷14 letting me know my appointment tomorrow needs to be moved. I called them back stating that it was supposed to be on 3/​11, not ²⁄₁₁. They say they can give me that date if I wanted. Fine, no problem with me.
On ³⁄₁₀ I call to confirm that I’m coming in the next day. They say «sorry, your appointment isn’t in our system.» They assign me a different date, 3÷24÷14. I come in on that day and the dentist looks in my mouth for 30 seconds and discusses a few routines such as wisdom tooth extraction then disappears. The receptionist gives me a new date to come back for the extraction. I am completely confused and inquire about the cleaning I was hoping for that morning. The receptionist says I need to schedule another appointment for that since that morning they were only giving me a consultation. WTF?! Fine, I take another appointment on 4÷2÷14. I called the day earlier to confirm and stated I only wanted a cleaning and will hold off on the extraction. The receptionist states, «Yes, that’s what we have you in the system for — just a cleaning.» Perfect I said.
I show up the next day and after waiting for half an hour they say, «You have to come back another day bc we only scheduled you for an extraction, not a cleaning. The person who does the cleaning is not in today. And the girl you spoke to yesterday is brand new so she didn’t know.» I couldn’t believe it. I said forget it and walked out.
They never even apologized.
This place is super ghetto. The staff isn’t competent enough to schedule you for something as simple as a freakin cleaning.

Run, do not walk from this place! They have no interest in cleaning your teeth, just your wallet!
I went for my annual cleaning, I was assigned this ‘dentist’ with my new insurance and I kick myself for not researching and choosing another.
I’ve been going to the dentist regularly all my life. As you know when you go for your annual cleaning you get x-​rays, a cleaning and exam to discuss an issues.
After x-​rays I was told I would need ‘a deep cleaning’, I thought this was a simple linguistic understanding until I was told it would be $ 300, not covered by my insurance! When I asked about my cleaning I was left waiting for 20 minutes when I was later told I’d need a $ 400 procedure but not to worry they take credit cards!
I left without my cleaning with wasted time off work for this! SHAME SHAME SHAME on this ‘dentist’!
