Giving this spot all the stars I can give. Why you ask? What makes them different than the others? Well let’s begin with there professionalism and promptness. I have been looking around to get my iPhone 6 Plus fixed, cracked my screen shopping, talking and juggling bags at the same time as a typical woman does. One guy wanted to gauge me another wanted my kidney along with my money. These fellows here charged the normal rate BUT threw in a screen and case. No Otterbox per say but a decent case. It’s the little things I tell ya & to finish may I just say they are handsome too ;)

They always fix my iPhone for a great price every time. I have been shopping here for the past 3 years. I highly recommend this cellphone shop, Rich will take care of you like family.

He wonderful job. He fix my phone at a good price it didnt take very long. Its my third time going there. I recomend people going there. He fixed the phone for a low price. If i went to other people it would cost me $ 125 maybe more and rip me off. I also bought a screen protector for a low price. When you go there ask for rich talagian.

Took my phone to have the screen fixed. Waited almost an hr… ended up leaving my phone to have it fixed it was not fixed the next day. Went back 3 days later to give them more time and it still was not done. Not reliable at all. Would try elsewhere.

Been going here for a couple years now and Rich is always taking care of my and my family’s phone needs. He is very friendly and always has good prices, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My husband got me iPhone 6 for my birthday. They have an amazing service. Rich was very kind and helpful. I will defiantly recommend to use their service!!!

iPhone screen was falling off. They figured out it was an old swelling battery and replaced it fast– minutes and inexpensively.

This place is amazing! The owner is unbelievably patient and courteous. He always takes his time to make sure he solves your problem or that you leave with the new phone or plan that you need. He goes out of his way to make you happy. I’ve actually been present when a customer has gotten really frustrated with their phone and taken it out on him, but he remained so polite and so focused on helping them that they inevitably calmed down and got what they needed. They have a fun selection of phone covers, and the cell phones they have for sale are always cheaper than anywhere else, but still great quality. Mobile Shark is a great place to get your cell phone needs taken care of. They have your back! The location itself is a small shopping center, so parking is often limited, but if you plan a good time in the day to go, it’s not bad at all. The store is small as well, but big enough that you don’t feel crowded or claustrophobic. I’m pretty sure it used to be a flooring shop, so the floor is a really pretty tile motif. Always clean and friendly! Give them a try! (There’s also a great mexican restaurant to the left of them and a great Italian restaurant and bakery to the right, so go eat afterwards!)

Shattered the screen of my phone 6 on a Saturday night, woke up Sunday in a frenzy to get it repaired (self employed). Unilocaled a few places, stopped by here first and was kindly informed that their tech doesn’t work on Sunday. The gentleman at the counter gave me a fair price and even mentioned that it includes a glass screen cover which is a great perk and told me to bring it in the next day. Left with a good, straight forward, helpful vibe from the place but was still in a frenzy to get it fixed so called a few other places and went to a few that were able to do it within an hour at comparable prices. The short of the long is that I came back to this place on Monday and couldn’t be happier about my decision. Fair price, quick, screen protector and cool case out of it, and the kind of customer service that will have me back there without question if I run into something they might be able to help me with again.

The best phone repair place ever! Very cheap and great fast service! They fixed my completely shattered iPhone 6 front screen for just $ 100 and gave me a new glass screen protector and rubber case for free! And this screen protector is not cheap! It normally retails for $ 30! Love the service, love the employees! Thank you mobile shark!!!

Great Customer Service! My husbands iphone 5 cracked twice the first time we came here we experienced great service! They were so polite and friendly. They fixed my husbands phone quickly and cost effectively. They even gave us all free case. Well, my husband again dropped his phone from the third floor we thought it might not work since it cracked awfully. We tried these nice folks again and they were amazing they were able to fix our phone once more with the same amazing service as the first time. They definitely understand the customers need and with their consistency in providing outstanding customer service it definitely makes the customer come back over and over again, I have referred many of my friends here when I see that they have similar situations! Keep up the great work guys!

I’ve been coming to this place for the past year or so after finding it here on Unilocal,and the 5-​star reviews are right on. Both Rich and Art are incredibly helpful and provide exceptional customer service. Their prices are competitive; I’d gotten a quote for repairs on my phone at a place down the street, then gone to Mobile Shark where they gave me a better price than the place in my neighborhood and completed the work on the spot. Although they are not close by, I find it well worthwhile to make the drive to Mobile Shark when having cell phone issues. You can count on getting an honest price and they back up their work, and it is always service with a smile!
The place is clean, they have a good selection of products, and there is ample off-​street parking. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Highly recommend this place! Cracked iphone 5 screen and thirty minutes later, brand new screen. They had a special for replacement screens so it was very reasonable, and they threw in a free screen protector and case. Rich was very professional and friendly, both on the phone and in person.

I was looking for a place to sell my phone at a good price and after a lot of horrible buy back quotes I ended up calling Mobileshark inc. The amount I was offered was great and very fair. In the last 2 days I sold 3 phones to the shop. We will be returning to this shop for sure!

No one else has been so competent, while actually, genuinely caring.
Cons: parking and the place usually has lots of people… They know how good the place is too.
But good mexican food next door while you wait.

Great customer service! I almost never give 5 stars, but this place deserves it. The guy was really nice and friendly and fixed my phone with no problem. They have a good selection of phone cases at decent prices also. I’d be happy to recommend them and give them my business again.

Great cell phone store. The guys give u great customer service and free goodies. Rich is always so patient and I swear I never seen him not smiling. And Art (I call him Mr. Clean) will always make u laugh.
