Service was so so. Could have been better and my order was completely wrong. I won’t be going back.

This is my first time coming to this store since they remodeled it and honestly I looks exactly the same they have a really outdated pos system that makes no sense. I went to pay debit and they only one machine for both registers which obviously makes the line longer. The food came out pretty quick and was made perfect to order. How ever when I went to sit down and eat I realize there were no napkins came with my food and they were no were to he found in the resturant. If you want napkins you have to walk back to the register and ask for some. This may seem like a small problem but there was a line of ppl so I hado interrupt all the ppl just to ask for napkins. That just makes no sense if you ask me. I am not sure if I will return to this location but again the food we good just had problems with everything else.
Felt like a late night fast meal! Had a chicken craving. Stopped in and ordered a 2 piece chicken combo. Turned out that the chicken and the masked potato was real warm, almost cold, and the biscuit wasn’t freshly made either. It was hard! So disappointed and won’t go back for a late night chicken meal! They still had over an hour until closing?

Unbelievably bad service. First of all their sweet tea WASN’T sweet at all. Second of all they messed up on my pie order and I had to wait 15MINUTESFOR A PIE while all the rest of the customers were being served left and right. Someone else got two pies while I was waiting for the ONEPIE that I already ordered to come out. ATROCIOUSSERVICEINDEED

Not bad but not great. Some of the chicken seemed overcooked but we did show up when it was quite busy. I still love popeyes tho! Fulfilling my fried chicken cravings and I love their fries!

This was my second time eating at a Popeye’s, first time at this location. The first thing that got my attention was their Cash Resister is old and out dated. The cashier has to call the order to the back for the employees to make the order. Maybe invest in a Good POS. Point of Sale. If you want to add something to your order you have to wait until she’s done communicating with the cooks in the back. Your in the service business. Set your employees for success, give them the proper tools to do the best job that their capable of doing. The Cashier was nice, however she was getting stressed out because of the line. She was the only employees in the front. So she had to take the orders from your customers, than package the to-go orders and call the orders that where eating in.Service. I would suggest you staff your store during your busy times. Lunch time 11 – 2 and Dinner 5 – 8 pm. You see a Good POS system would tell you this. I felt bad for this cashier. When their chicken is done right, they have a good tasting product. Your emphasis should also be on your Quality. All their condiments are kept behind the counter. napkins, salt pepper, butter, sauces. Remember you only had 1 cashier in the front. Not a good visit.

I wasn’t going to review this place until I thought to myself, maybe I should in case the owner or someone is ready this. Most people are quick to Unilocal or complain if there is a problem with the staff. To the higher powers above, I just want to let you know that the girls at the front are awesome. I saw them greet, give recommendations and work fast to make sure customers didn’t have to wait. They two young girls I encountered two Tuesdays ago care about their job and your business. The place was clean, can’t say that about the neighborhood, but I’m not here to review that. Yes the parking is sketchy and it’s not Beverly Hills, but the customer service sure felt like it! Oh, extra star for not flinching or being stingy when I asked for an extra packet of blackened ranch!

Disgusting food, I mean so bad that my dog didn’t even try and beg for any, and for 36 dollars in food/4 meals they gave us one sauce for each one even though there was 6 strips in each and when we purchased the sauce that we were forced to buy it was a different price for the me as well as the person behind me and the Mexican guy who was in front of me ordered one meal and got 6 sauces but I guess when your mexican or speak the language you get more… they had the audacity to tell me the manager wouldn’t be there for 4 days and to keep the food or no refund well maggots formed and yeah cause I’m not about to keep rancid food in my fridge let alone in my house but long story short it’s terrible and racist. Only reason they get one star is cause you have to leave at least one

I don’t think I will ever come back here. Tried this place twice now. The chicken is ok but really greasy. The rice and beans are good. The mashed potatoes were pretty gross. They changed the gravy. Now it has some kind of weird spice in it. Gave it to my dog, she didn’t even eat it. The biscuit was ok at first until the second bite. Had to spit it out. It was the saltiest thing I ever tasted. So nasty. The coleslaw was so so. Service was pretty slow but the employees were nice. Has its own parking lot but pretty small. Wouldn’t go by yourself late at night. Prices are fair.

I was literally just at this Popeyes location and the food was great, but I don’t know who this lady was maybe the manager, but she was so mean to their new hire! I felt so bad for this new girl. I wish I could have said something, but I think this lady needs to get off her power trip. The new girl was great! I could tell she was doing her absolute best!

I don’t think I’ll eat here again. I don’t usually do franchise reviews unless one is particularly awful or I’ve been to a handful of very positively experienced ones. I won’t allow this experience to affect my opinion on this franchise as it’s the only one I’ve ever been to so far but I will say that this location in particular left a horrible impression on me. The workers were slow and not very reactive to my presence, it took them at least 4 minutes to help me, even though I was the only person in the entire restaurant. I had to wait for a girl to get finished sweeping before she went to the back to ask for assistance(also the floor was clean, why were you sweeping.?) I ordered some fries and popcorn shrimp. Relatively affordable in an age where most things are overpriced, specially for California, but regardless of price, the shrimp tasted exactly how it should considering how much I paid for it. It tasted cheap. The fries, however, were pretty damn good, I won’t lie about that. I’ve contemplated stopping by just for the fries. Too bad they don’t have a drive thru. I don’t even go in for fries in fear I’ll have to have some kind of social interaction with their slow employees. I asked for ranch dressing for my fries since I hated ketchup(I really do dislike ketchup most of the time) but they insisted I paid extra for it. I told the kid behind the counter I hate ketchup and I won’t pay for ranch since I won’t be eating any ketchup. He went to a manager(wasting more of my time) to ask if I could have ranch. The manager finally gave me ranch. Anyways, this location is placed in a very shady area, I won’t be shocked if it gets closed down soon just from the lack of business as if all the graffiti and locked bathroom door outside of the building won’t do it for them by itself.

If I could give zero I would. This is the worst customer service ever. Everyone working there should be fired. Called and made a complaint to corporate and I sure hope they take action. Walked in yesterday and was completely ignored by the 2 Hispanic women working there. Didn’t seem like they cared at all taking our order and more busy talking about their personal lives. Got one name: Gabriela. Hey work on your customer service skills girl. And the food was horrible. The fries were not even crispy. The chicken was horrible and the shrimp and fish were even worse. Stay away from this place.

Food was good, service was terrible. Their parking lot is a little small, but it is manageable to deal with. Bathroom on the outside, might need a key, but I don’t know, I didn’t use it. 3 or 4 people were waiting for their food when I arrived. I waited a long time for my 1.29 Tuesday special. While waiting, I heard a customer complain and ask for their money back waiting passed 20 minutes for their food with no warning. They took their money and left. When it was ready, the lady didn’t call my number loud enough, didn’t repeat it, or didn’t say anything at all. I physically had to get it, and ask for napkins. No condiments out for customers to take. Wait time is awful. Not even worth it for the special. Church’s has the same special in Van Nuys.

A greasy mess not as good as times in the past. The chicken was over cooked almost un eatable. I don’t think I will be returning to this Popeyes again. I think my stomach was upset for days after eating this. Not sure what happened but they have really gone down hill. Someone came in yelling at one of the workers and the manager said hey dont talk to my employee that way. I thought that was funny.
