These guys are awful. We have a system in our building in Westlake/​DTLA. The system blinks with a System Trouble message and beeps every 5 seconds or so. You can hear this beep down the street. We have been calling and trying to deal with it for two days and are always told someone will call back or come out and it doesn’t happen. There doesn’t seem to be any real danger but what if there were. It’s good to know we are in the trusted hands of a disorganized company that doesn’t take safety or alerts/​notifications seriously. I am so irritated with this.

terrible. I called them 5 times, sent emails… the lady on the phone said that the boss was too busy. they never got back to me…
