This place is awsome, from the employee’s to the food. Always fresh, quick and delicious. Had to rate them since it has been my Subway spot for years, as always can’t go wrong with the selection they have on the menu nd the price.

Came in the morning to buy get a turkey sandwich and the employee was very friendly. My receipt says Reyna but I think her name badge said Andrea. Regardless, she was very sweet and very friendly. Good customer service for me !

An A-OK stop for your sandwich fix. Plus they were open on Thanksgiving Day. Happy Turkey Day! Thanks to Subway’s oversuccessful marketing campaign years ago, it’s still ingrained into my head that a footlong should cost $ 5. So I’m always a little disappointed now when walking into a Subway and being reminded that those good old days have been killed by inflation. A footlong now will run you $ 6 or $ 7. At least you can avoid the tax if you decline for your sandwich to be toasted. The lady at the counter had a friendly demeanor. As far as quantity goes, this location wasn’t as skimpy with the ingredients as some other Subways that I’ve been to, but they didn’t really pile it on, either. In all, my Thanksgiving Day turkey sandwich was pretty much everything I expected it to be. I wouldn’t mind coming back to this location to satisfy my sandwich fix.

Horrible customer service. Lady was rude as heck! Got a juice out of their cooler and it was completely warm. Asked for a cup for ice and they gave little bity cup that we have to refill numerous times. Its big enough for one drink. Since we are buying a drink from them and its not our fault the cooler isnt working properly… they couldve gave us a normal cup. But they were rude and didnt seem to care about anything. Barely made eye contact, didnt smile, didnt hardly speak except to give us dirty looks when we asked for things on our sandwiches. Wont be back here again.

The late shift especially the one Jazz and I didn’t get the other ones name is very rude. When you ask for extra mayo she gives you one more strip!!! They were not friendly at all!!! I always wonder. The way they make the sandwiches for their customers would they actually eat it themselves… And they want to raise the minimum wage for people like this???

Sunday we stopped at the Subway on Sepulveda and Victory. I want to thank the two ladies that worked there on ¼/15. There was a homeless gentleman there and they were so kind. I obviously go for the food, but even though this Subway is not the closest to me, I will return because I was really touched by the respect they paid the man.

Unfortunately I have to take away my 5 star review. Recently may husband and I have experience bad customer service. Once, even walked out. The last two times here have been un-pleasant. It seems to me the customer service has gone down the drain here. This women was so rude the other day my husband just walked out. She was arguing about not being able to serve breakfast though they still had eggs. She was refusing to serve him. I don’t think I will be going here anymore, and I came in at least twice a week. I also sent a complaint online. I have not heard back yet. Not by email or phone. And of course while filling it out, they didn’t have the option for the year 2015. Go figure!

Okay I can understand there credit card machine was broken. But lady didn’t have to be rude. I asked her a question, and she didn’t even look at me in the face. She obviously didn’t want to serve me or cared to be there. No i dont look like a bum. I get its a subway. I don’t expect red carpet treatment let alone A+ people skills or even a smile at that. But that was the definition of antiservice. I’m afraid to think with such lack of care how they handle the food.

I read the big ass sign that says«$ 5 dollar footlongs all September long» so in I went. Ordered the sweet onion chicken and added avocado. Total came out to $ 7.09. What the fuck? They charged 59 cents on tax, but $ 1.50 for 4 slices of avocado. What a fucking rip off. A whole avocado runs $ 1.00 at the store. Shit was good though, so next time… i’m ordering a sandwich, sitting down, busting out my handy dandy switchblade and slicing up the avocado that i’m buying at Ralphs before stopping at Subway. Straight ghetto style. I may even fill my flask with Jack Daniels at home and get a small coke at Subway. BOOM! Instant party.

Yes, it’s a chain, but when you’re inconvenienced and have to end up at a fast food chain, the least you can get with your cancer-ridden meal is service. Personally, I think it takes less effort and more caring to give good service so when service sucks, it’s likely because the people don’t care– not because the job is hard. The girls that helped me this morning, were friendly, had suggestions to customize my pre-workout grub to exactly what I wanted. I was in and out in a a matter of minutes. The service was friendly and I felt that they truly wanted to help me. Ill be making this a regular stop. Always good service in here and that’s what counts at fast food places.

I think in a 5 mile radius of my work there has to be about 10 Subways, yes I am exaggerating but I feel like its saturated. I would love for there to be a freaking Jamba Juice instead… This location is open late, next to a donut shop, and in the same plaza as a El Pollo Loco. Parking: lunch time can be crazy but after work its not so bad. The Good: $ 5 footlongs! Coupons in the mail are honored. Cheap breakfast if you want to try to get into the lot through traffic. :) It also seemed clean to me. The Bad: My coworker at the tuna and said it made her sick. I don’t know if its true, but because of that we stopped coming to this Subway in particular. Good luck!

Love the service that I get. It’s open 24⁄7. Love the sandwiches they make, everything is fresh, no complaints really, just a typical subway, even though after 9pm I really don’t recommend going there because it gets scary when weirdos start to hang around that place.

This place gives you more veggies than the other places I’ve gone to. Most of the time, the guys behind the counter(from personal experience, the girls) really skimp on everything, and you would have to ask for«extra» of a certain veggie for them to give you slightly more than half a handful. My only problem is the menu. They get tricky and don’t clearly list which subs qualify for the $ 5 foot-long deal. They’re prices aren’t bad, considering how much food you’re getting, but they’re slightly misleading based on the commercials and advertisements.

Oooookay… I walked in a few days ago and squeezed myself in past the door, between the wall and an empty trash can blocking the entrance. Besides this, 2 trash bags were *on top* of one of the tables. It’s really a great reason to turn away, especially because the stench of garbage was bad, but I thought maybe they’d get rid of it real quick and I just happened to walk in smack in the middle of 1 bad minute. So I ignore, stand in line and order take-out. On my way out, it’s all STILL intact! I don’t eat at sandwich chains all the time, but if I have to choose one, I’d WAY sooner go to the Van Nuys Blvd Subway, which is like 2 minutes away. I noticed the manager was giving people instructions, so I think there was new staff, hence why I won’t give it 1 star. But they seriously need to understand timing and to never, EVER put trash bags on a table, or block an entrance. It’s SO basic!

Assuming you like subway, this place is meh. Clean as every other subway I’ve been too. Nothing really bad or good. I had the new buffalo foot long for 5 dollars. It gets a meh+ for being the best choice out of the worst Subway subs. Nice kick in the sauce, but damn the chicken portions were ridiculously small. I’m really glad I didn’t get the ranch sauce as well. A small eating area, it could probably fit about 12 chairs all together. sidenote: There was a guy outside asking for money. He asked me for a few bucks. That’s a lot of money for a struggling production assistant. I had a quarter in my pocket, but felt ghetto giving it to him. At that point I feel like the poor one. So now I’m mad for his guilt and audacity. Dick… Subway = meh…

This is my usual location for my sammiches… OOHHhhh how I already miss the $ 5.0012 inch turkey breast selection… They still have 612 inchers that are $ 5 bucks But of course… NOTMINE8(( Any-who Let me tell you about the store It;s in the shopping center on the corner of Victory & Sepulveda. There is also a El Polo Loco in the center and a donut shop. Small lil store with the greatest brocolli cheese soup i’ve ever had… YUMMM!!! What happens kinda alot though… is when I ask if they have it… before i order my sandwich… they won’t have any more. So if you want it… it’s best to try and get it as early as possible… so u won’t b disaapointed when you find out… your ass ain’t havin’ no hot scrumptious soup with zesta crackers. hahhaaa Parking is kinda tough at times P. S. Not uncommon to see someone sitting outside the door somewhere along the walkway asking for change Don’t let that small issue deter you though… really good store… fast and friendly as well
