Taco Bell

Guy that took my order and gave me my food in the drive thru was nice and helpful but the food was cold. And sub par for Taco Bell.

So beyond annoyed I just ordered a burrito with NO beef and I specifically told them a few times that I do not eat meat and I get home open the bag and I find someone else’s order with a bunch of things I never ordered which of course ALL had beef. Thanks for nothing. This is why I don’t usually ever eat fast food. Never coming here again.

Worst location ever. I kept saying hello on the speaker and the guy said «can you wait «rudely. Can you not say please? Did your mom not teach you any manners or what? He was a chunky feminine guy that was bald.
He was there on May 22^nd around 1:00 AM on the drive thru section. I hope he gets disciplined not all of us may like our jobs but you should at least respect the person who purchasing from your workplace.

This taco bell is absolutely disgusting inside it’s old and it smells dirt on the tables and chairs got my food and left couldn’t eat inside taco bell step up and remodel this dump it’s nasty in there.

Major disappointment. I know that I came at 2:30am but what kind of Taco Bell runs out of beans? They substituted the beans for rice in my burrito but unfortunately the burrito was a let down.

Luckily there was no line, indeed they finished making the food fast.
However, I ordered the shredded chicken taco… and it leaked. Yes, friends, it leaked. Possibly from the juicy chicken? I don’t know, but the main thing here is it greased up my car seat. The leak went right on thru the wrapper and bag on to my chair.
Then when I try to unwrap my chicken taco, bits of the tortilla it stuck on the wrapper. Tasted just like any other Taco Bell item — average for fast food. But the lack of attention to the packaging resulted in a mess in my car and one sticky situation with my taco.
If you get anything from here, probably best to put something under it even tho it comes in bag.

This taco bell sucks i came in with my family 7 of us. We waited at the counter for over 6 min for someone to take our order. After i said a laud hello… 3 minutes later someone comes and takes our order. This place is empty no one in here to say it was busy. I looked to the right of me i see taco bell employees sitting there i think on lunch but why all of them take luch at the same time is ny question. This place is not all that clean either. Im sitting here waiting for my food wondering if they are spitting in our food. Smh

Big time waster
Took twenty five minutes to get my drive through tonight. Was told one price over speaker, another by the incompetent server, and then told the original price. Food was handed to me without attention, almost dropping it. Winner how a pathetic excuse for a staff still has a job.

Taco bell drive thru is the best place to be at 11:30 pm but unfortunately the worst Lilian V. Needs to learn her job she needs to multitasking with customers I’ve worked in fast food restaurants especially drive thru and rush hour it’s not easy but we are being polite she got the order wrong she apparently charged the car in front of us the drinks and tried to get the cash for the drinks and card for the tacos from us she had mentioned she would do a void which are not bad at all just more paperwork, took a long time to get our food I thought the grande meal came in a cool carry out box they stuffed 10 items in one small brown paper bag please train the staff again!

One of the slowest Taco Bell ever, couldnt even get my order right, bacon or sausage, how hard is that to remember? Id rather go the the other taco bell in sherman way near the 405 entrance

This Taco Bell is weird. It looks like it must be a franchise store because the interior is old and worn with minimal decorations. Also the food took awhile to get and yet the place was empty. Clearly their target is the drive thru folks and they are ambivalent towards patrons in the lobby.

do not I repeat DO NOT go to this Taco Bell. I was craving some cinnamon twists so I went and got some. I get home and the ENTIRE bag is full of black hairs. ALL OVER every single twist like someone was cutting their hair above the food. I was DISGUSTED that place is nasty and unsanitary DONT EAT THERE. They deserve a letter F

What is the world coming too when a fast food worker can’t even follow simple instructions. Asked for mild sauce and all they gave me was fire hot. Not to mention the baja blast (the only thing that keeps me coming back) was very flat and tasted watered down. Please manager do something about this or you lost another customer.

I love taco bell usually, but this place is pretty run down. Not too mention I got food poisoning from eating the beefy frito burrito. It’s in dyer need of new management with some standards.

Its okay. Managers don’t talk to employees well but food is sometimes wrong.
The only girl who got it right was the black girl sonya but she is gone so uts back to the messed up orders

By far the best taco bell. I’m from new jersey trust me. Man those dollar bean, cheese and rice burritos are amazingballs!

I had to write a review after today’s trip. I can actually say it was one of my best ever. Ordered food for three people with lots of custom items which normally is a challenge. The young girl that helped me Fatima was the best ever. She repeated the order twice once after ordering and second at the window before handing it to me. I still thought upon eating it I would find an error but I am Happy to say not a one. She got it ALL right! Yea !! Now that’s what customer service is all about. I wish more people could learn from her. I thanked her then for her wonderful service, but really think she deserves another for making it a perfect expierence.

I love Taco Bell. But not every Taco Bell.
So this Taco Bell is pretty run down. I love the food but everything about this place sucks. I just saw a homeless person screaming and cussing. Security has been here for a while (that’s bad)! They were sold out of a lot of the special drinks. Place is run down too. Drive through is slow as well.
Do not come here!

I have been coming here for the past 2 years with my family, only because my kids love Taco Bell and it is close to where I live. First of all, this Taco Bell is a dump! Way way way outdated (ugly colors, lousy pictures on the wall, lousy picture frames). Many things are falling apart and are often broken (i.e. door handles, torn up seats, dirty). This Taco Bell also receives a lot of transits off the street and people on drugs and from all walks of life. Many times beggars come in going from table-​to-​table asking for money or to use your cell phone. Many people sitting down talking to themselves. Occasionally, you get someone belligerently shouting. I have personally had my wedding ring stolen here (after I spilled Taco Bell sauce on it and set it down on the table so I could wash it). My son tripped over a broken door stop located on the outside of the restaurant and scrapped up his knee. I told Taco Bell management and customer service through Taco Bell corporate about the incident and they did not fix the problem.
In the past, I have been accused by the employees of cheating and lying. For example, they would forget to put the side of sour cream with my order and when asked for it, they would say I already got it. Some days they are chintzy with their portions (i.e. cheese per taco ratio) and other days they give a good amount. This Taco Bell is NOT consistent with how they make their food.
The manager Mayomi has given my family great difficulty on many occasions. My family likes to customize our orders, which Mayomi hates. On one occasion, Mayomi flat out told me «No, I cannot customize your order, because we are to busy.» On another occasion, my son’s chip bag was filled half way and when I had the matter fixed (unfortunately by Mayomi), she took a bunch of chips and angrily shoved them in the bag (I saw her expression oh her face the entire time). Lastly, I ordered a meal through the Taco Bell mobile app and when I went to pick it up, they had lost the order and Mayomi would NOT give me the order and told me to come back the next day and speak with the manager (keep in mind that Mayomi is a manager as well).

Hmmm… I haven’t done this before, but I am updating a fast food restaurant that I visited about five days ago. Oh well, I will have to try to visit another location, but I was very hungry and I live nearby to this location. Plus, I stepped away while I was talking to a friend online. Sorry!
This time there was no one at the drive-​thru. I ordered 3-​Soft Chicken (0.89 cents each), 3-​Taco Frescos (0.89 cents each), and 3-​Beefy 5 Layer Burritos (0.89 cents each). I ordered the same as last time: Taco Frescos and 3-​Beefy 5 Layer Burritos. They were very good. I am not sure if this cashier was the same as the one I visited. However, I got the name of this cashier, Shane. He was very nice and got my order in a timely manner. I only waited about three minutes at the window. My total is $ 9.12 including the 0.81 cent tax.
This time I rate it average. Nothing spectacular and nothing really to remember, besides the fast service for nine items.
