Wells Fargo Bank

I came in to apply for a checking account and had no idea what I had to do whether it be wait in line and go to the teller, or sign in somewhere, so I was a little lost and an employee came to me and gave me a warm greeting and assisted me in the sign in and told me to wait to get attended.
With little waiting, I was greeted by the banker that goes by the name of BRANDON SOY. He brought me over to his desk, pulled out a chair for me and began the process. I had many questions regarding the account and Brandon’s knowledge and experience made it possible for him to answer each of my questions thoroughly and vividly. Brandon had recommended that I also look into a credit card but I had told him that I was unsure if I’d get approved but he gave me reasons why he thinks I would get approved, after a bit of debating if I should apply for a credit card as well or not, I decided to apply and he helped me out with that as well, and in less than 5 minutes I found out that I had been approved for the credit card!
Additionally, Brandon gave me MANY tips on how to improve and maintain my credit. I had many questions regarding the credit card in regards to payments, fees, etc. and Brandon was able to answer each and every question without an issue at all. Thanks to Brandon’s advice and knowledge, I was able to open up a credit card when I was unsure if I would have been approved.
If you want to apply for any type of service from Wells Fargo, I highly recommend Brandon Soy, his knowledge will help you feel comfortable about the choices you will be making throughout the process and he’s very nice and polite as he even offered me water!

They don’t give English speaking people a chance. They started speaking Spanish and when I said I don’t speak she stared at me funny. I wanted to just deposit a check from my college. A very well known college and it was a hard check. They looked at me like I wasn’t suppose to have it. The amount for the check was soooooo small and they were taking forever. I have worked in a bank before and it never takes this long. Every time I go in there they look at me funny and have me waiting a long time or they send me to the wrong person. I had to open an account here my main bank navy federal is about 2 hours away. I really can’t wait to move out of this location, a lot of lazy, unprofessional people I have ever met and I have traveled/​lived in many different places in the US and overseas.

This is by far one of the worse banks I’ve ever been to. Every time I go there, for something small, it always turns out into a complete nightmare. The experience, the interaction. This is my 2^nd time opening a bank account unfortunately with them, but just because of convenience, since I’m down the street.
The staff are extremely unprofessional, the management is extremely poor and I’m not sure if they’re racist, but everyone is Hispanic there. It directly goes from the hiring process, hence filtering diversity.
They can not cash small checks, pull out money from certain cards, like previous reviewers, long lines. My last experience was a reck. They literally could not cash a $ 24 check, what a joke! And on top of that, the «manager» literally violated my privacy and made me feel extremely uncomfortable because she flat out told me, oh you work at «x».
Bad, bad, bad, stay away, or if your like me, for convenience, learn to suppress rage and deal with the low self worth value you receive as a customer because how awful they are.

I am back again. This review is for Wells Fargo in general, and not necessarily this particular branch. I recently enrolled my son’s checking account into Bill Pay, because they were really pushing for us to do it. After having a bad experience with Wells Fargo yesterday, something told me that there would be some hidden fees in this Bill Pay option. Sure enough, I just found out that there is a $ 3 monthly fee for Bill Pay if you are not enrolled in online statements. We are talking about a checking account for a 12 year old boy here. Free means free, no strings attached. The banker that signed us up should have informed us about this fee. Also, when you are dealing with fraudulent and fee-​greedy banks like Wells Fargo, I advice you to continue to receive your paper statements. Online statements are usually only available for a limited time, after that there are fees involved to review previous statements.

If your a merchant teller go elsewhere. I was there yesterday and stood in the regular line forever. When I get to the front of the line and the person leaves the window I start walking towards the teller. This short little weasel guy tell me the teller is going on break, just as he’s leading a woman to the window. I stand there and by the time I get to the other teller’s window the weasel guy who works there has left… actually gone off the floor.
Here’s the thing. Our company puts about $ 300,000,000. worth of money through Wells Fargo and I only go there for a straight deposit, how long could it take?
There is a reason Wells Fargo is the second most hated bank in America (you can look it up), their motto must be the only real customer service is no customer service.

Big Branch, Great Costumer service.
There is a big parking lot, 4 ATM machines outside, 1 inside.
Get crowded on weekends and Friday afternoon, skip those days and you will be thrilled.
The business teller is located in a private booth, more privacy.

Very large bank with very long wait times. If you are dealing with large amounts of money, it is easier to do business at other small locations. I needed to cash a $ 6K check, and they kept me waiting for 45 min. Never had this problem at their Beverly Hills location.

This is a very busy location, but they seem to do a good job keeping the lines flowing and keeping to the newly established «friendly» customer service motto. It helps to walk in to a place where the employees at least pretend to care. After all, if you are walking in to a branch and you have to wait in a long line, they might as well make it as enjoyable as possible.

I have only been here once to deposit a paycheck and it was GHEEEETTOOOOO as hell! Did I die and go to Detroit? The wait was about 45 minutes but that may just be from bad timing. Regardless, looking pass the super duper ghetto interior and exterior (seriously I though it was closed, it looks like it was abandoned years ago) its basically what you have come to expect from Wellsfargo. Friendly and helpful staff with the best customer service you will ever get from a bank or credit union.

Don’t ever go here.
