The manager there was very nice. They had a December month promotion where when you spent over $ 100 you would get a $ 25.00 gift card. I was happy because she gave me the gift card and I didn’t have to ask for it. The WSS on Sepulvida, CA did not gave me my gift card that corresponded to me and I spent almost $ 200 there. I just feel glad that there is actually good people sometimes that do there job right.

I received multiple calls from customer service and was offered a full refund or exchange from the district manager. I went in and exchanged my item. It was squeaky clean this time, the smell was gone, the mirrors were cleaned and I could tell by the squeakiness in my steps that they had just mopped the entire floor. My review was taken seriously and my opinion was valued. I am happy that I finally was able to do my exchange, but the two star rating is for this store in particular because of the trouble I’ve had overall. I’m happy to do business with WSS in the future but I have no intention in returning to this location. Thank you for really listening to my problem, WSS.

This store is pretty much always empty. I don’t see the point of the store’s name when the only thing that’s a good price are the chucks. The Jordans should be way cheaper than foot locker prices but it’s not. Service sucks. Everyone looks depressed.
