A safe bet in a small town. We didn’t have the buffet but the dinner specials were a good deal. The 4 stars is relative to the location and fare. Don’t expect P. F. Changs, be prepared for a dated dining room and you won’t be disappointed. The staff is very friendly and the food quite good. One tip if you like spice ask for it VERY spicy. I asked for sesame chicken extra spicy and could barely tell there was spice in it.

Was in Van Wert for a conference and lunch was on our own. I was definitely feeling Chinese, so Peking was the place to go. Very nice service from the staff accommodating our large group, and even more amazing prices! Where else is there an all you can eat buffet anymore that is only $ 5.50 at lunchtime? Pretty amazing stuff! The egg drop soup was good, nice honey chicken, great crab rangoon, and some solid other entrée options. The desserts were a little lacking and overall it is a small buffet, but worth it for the price and service.

Worst Chinese food ever. I would t even call it that. It appeared to be frozen pre coked nastiness. I’m a big eater. I took one bite and I was so done. The one star is for the crab Rangoon the only thing that actually tasted good. Thumbs down.

Their buffet is super good, especially their Teriyaki Chicken and it’s a good price
