I will start with… very nice people. That being said… it makes me sick to think about paying someone to do something I can do but sometimes I just don’t have time. I went to them needing them to get my LLC set up. I had filled out the paperwork a few months back but never filed so I was hoping I could see how they would do and possibly let them take over our books. There was some office issues and the paperwork got lost and wasn’t filed in time, it happens. I feel like I threw $ 1200 in the trash though, I could have just filed the paperwork I had already filled out, just thought they could do it quicker. I paid ¹²⁄₁₆ and it was filed mid February so it will make tax time this year a little more difficult because I have to split that up and file at two different times. I then let them talk me into Quickbooks help. I paid $ 250 to go in only for them to have computer problems and go over everything I had already figured out so I got absolutely nothing out of that either but wasted time. We needed to get back to work so we didn’t even start to get into the stuff that I don’t understand. I feel like we work extremely hard to make an honest living and they just took advantage of us. Very easy money for them.
