A little strange to write up a fast food review I know…
My husband says I’m like «Sally» in the movie «When Harry met Sally». Everything I want isn’t on the menu. I’ve never eaten here before. I ordered a famous star cheeseburger, with ketchup, mustard, pickles, onions, no lettuce, no tomatoes.
My husband ordered the same, «no sauce».
Both of our burgers came with mayo. (And Hershey’s Kisses)
I sent mine back before my husband saw his had mayo too. At that point I wanted to leave. We decided to stay and it was single handed my the best fast food burger I’ve ever had. I liked that it was flame broiled, new for me. Burger King was never a fav for me. I like my burgers in restaurants rare. This obviously wasn’t served rare but it also wasn’t over done.
I don’t have a Carl’s Junior close to my home, but when traveling, I’ll be back.

I love this place. I stop by here for breakfast and lunch occasionally. It’s great. The people are super friendly, and the food is always fantastic.

There isn’t a ton of Carls Jr’s in the DFW area so on a drive to Tyler I was excited to go here on my way back. Once I got there however, it was terrible. The food tasted stale and there was trash over flowing from the waste bins and flies flying around all over the place. I ended up not even finishing my meal up because I was flat out disgusted.
