Not a fan of this location. Therefore, I look forward to my mini road trips to Louisiana where I can get what I want and the correct order. The drive-thru attendant was so ditzy I couldn’t believe my ears. I wanted two brownie sundaes with banana. You’d think that was an easy order. However, for him, it must’ve been extremely complicated. I was the only one there at the joint so you’d think the attention would be on my order and everything would be peachy, nope. I had to wait 10 minutes for the sundaes, then another 7 minutes because he forgot the bananas. My sundae did not look appetizing at all. No whipped cream, no cherry, no almonds. Just HUGE chunks of banana, brownie bites you’d put on your fro-yo, hot fudge and of course your vanilla ice cream. I recommend ONLY getting a cone, but there could be a possibility that you’ll end up with a bowl of ice cream with a cone sticking out on top.

I’ll start this review off right, the completely forgot my order. We went inside to order our food and take a break from driving. I ordered for myself and the rest of my family and had two things brought to me about 10 minutes after we got our drinks. The young lady who brought it said the rest of our food will be brought out shortly. After seeing several others get their food who ordered after us, we began to wonder if they forgot about us. After this happened with more people, I went up to the counter and the same girl looked at me. Without acknowledging that I came up there, she continued serving other people — someone behind her giving orders was telling her to do so. I didn’t go up to talk to her since it was getting busier but saw she had went to look for my order and ask the others working if they had cleared it from her screen. Honestly to the restaurant’s excuse, there were several others that came in after me and it was clear that they were pretty busy. All that said, I felt like she could have at least said something to me. Instead, I overheard the conversation between her and the two other workers there that she had thought that they gave me my food and they thought that she had given me my food. After realizing that I was in fact standing there empty handed, they made it. About five minutes later, the guy delivered it to me and said, «Sorry about the wait.» The food was okay but the overall experience was not great. No apology or acknowledgment that a mistake was made, virtually no care in relation to customer service standards. We will probably skip this location in the future when passing through.

Worst customer several ever!!! Repeated my order 3x and they still messed it up. Dummies on the Drive thru. Had to go inside and talk to then firmly!

Yum. Small vanilla cup with hot fudge topping. The fudge was chocolatey and warm enough to be silky while not so hot as to melt the ice cream.
