A to Z home inspections and David Urban are dishonest and wrote a false inspection report on the home I was buying. They cost me thousands of dollars to repair my new home because the inspection report was false so I did not know all that was wrong with the house before I bought it. David Urban and my realtor are friends and the realtor just wanted to push the sale thru… I was lied to by both. I called A to Z home inspections to find a resolution and was hung up on. I called back and asked for their bonding and insurance company info so I could file a claim, again David Urban hung up on me. I have had zero help or resolution. My advise to Anyone considering A to Z home inspections or David Urban is: RUN LIKE HELL!!!
