All Seasons Heating And Cooling

This review is way overdue, because I’m a recent Unilocal user. This incident occurred mid March 2014.
Called this company because the furnace fan wouldn’t shut off automatically after the heating cycle. Tech came out a determined that it was a faulty circuit board. He came back with another one, and was unable to properly connect it, rendering the furnace inoperable.
Owner of the company came out, and he decided that it would be best to let the tech finish up, and in fact, both he and the tech would come out first thing the next morning, but while he was there, he thought it wise to check the condition of the heat exchangers.
You’ll never guess — the heat exchangers were cracked, and it was allowing carbon monoxide into our house. But wait! He’d be able to sell me and install a new furnace!
I’m not a HVAC trained person, but what he was telling me, just didn’t ring true. I decided to get a second opinion, this time by a tech who didn’t sell them, just repaired them.
As I suspected, the heat exchangers were fine, and by virtue of the fact that the same furnace is still here, and haven’t gassed myself would seem proof that the owner has trouble with both diagnosis and the truth.
The 2^nd tech repaired the damage to the board that the first tech caused, and fixed the initial problem for less money than I paid for the first tech to damage the board.

What a great local company!
My furnace blower went out in the midst of the cold this week. My maintenance people could not help me for 3 days. I made numerous calls to other companies and no luck.
THEN I called ALL SEASONS HEATING AND COOLING! They came the same day and were able to set me up with a new motor and heat. The new motor was a bit noisy and the owner said he would be back with a quieter motor at no extra charge. He returned a day later and installed the new motor and YES it is very quiet and I am toasty.
I am so grateful to ALL SEASONS for coming to my rescue and for their knowledgable and efficient service.
I changed my maintenance plan to ALL SEASONS and feel I am truly in good hands.

I would like to thank Pat for being professional in dealing with the issues we discovered with my older heat pump. He was easy to work with as well as showing compassion for his customers. Thanks again Pat.

My AC went out at the hottest time of the summer. Called one place and they couldn’t get me in until 6 weeks out. Called All Seasons and they had someone out in 2 days, right before it gets to be 96* again. The tech was very professional and provided honest feedback on our older unit. 30 minutes later he had it running perfectly again. I felt their prices were fair and very reasonable. I would recommend All Seasons Heating and Cooling to anyone and have kept them in my file should I have future issues.

My AC wasn’t working so I called on Friday afternoon at 3:00 and spoke with the owner Pat about my problem. After consulting Honeywell we diagnosed that I had a bad thermostat. He hustled a new thermostat and was at my house by 4:30 to replace. Problem solved and our AC was back working! What a savior as we had a grad party the next day with temps around 80. Appreciate the quick response!
Fast forward a few days and the AC stops working! Kevin comes over to diagnose and finds the problem is a blown fuse! No expensive part replacement so I’m thankful for the quick diagnosis and easy on the pocketbook repair. Thanks for the great service!

We had them replace our heater. At the time the model we bought was based on the sales persons advice that we would be able to add a cooling unit to the bottom of this particular model. When we called to order the cooling portion, the person who took the call was rude and stated «our model would NEVER be able to have a cooling unit added.» Not sure what’s going on at this company, but I wouldn’t suggest taking the gamble on what your going to get.
