After 5 weeks of classes, I haven’t had anything less than a GREAT session! Whether it’s at 6:15 AM, 6:00 PM or somewhere in between. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to conquer whatever is coming next in my day. The instructors have such a positive attitude and work with you no matter what stage you’re at in your barre3 practices. I would highly recommend to anyone of any age or fitness level to come visit barre3 Felida for a class or two. I guarantee you’ll get hooked!

Wow! What a beautiful oasis for anyone who wants an inspiring but challenging body/​mind workout. Vancouver lucked out when Amy brought Barre3 here! Her delivery is so encouraging and positive. Can’t wait for my next class!
