Batteries Plus Bulbs

I bought four rechargeable batteries for my apple mouse. They say they are fully charged on the package. My mouse would not turn on. I tried two other brands of batteries in the office and they worked. So I put them on the charger overnight. They still would not turn the mouse on.
I bought these in mid December before leaving for vacation. I went in to get a different brand of battery on Jan 9^th and brought my mouse with me. I showed the salesman how they would not turn the mouse on. He tested the batteries and said they were fine. I put another set of batteries in the mouse I brought with me (different brand) and they turned the mouse on. Showed the salesman the mouse was now turned on.
While I was looking for my receipt the salesman asked when I bought them and I said mid December. He said he was sorry that they have a 14 day return policy. I couldn’t believe it, 14 days, they never worked. I left the store and the worthless batteries with the salesman. I told him I would never buy anything from batteries plus again. He started to say something, I was so mad at that point after being told there was nothing wrong with them, yet they would not turn on a wireless mouse I left with a few choice words.

I took in three wrist watches to have the batteries changed. The clerk was rude and abrupt with me. Told me they were busy and I should come back later. That was not convenient. He shrugged his shoulders. I said I would wait in the car. Read for a while, went back in and the clerk said he couldn’t open one of the watches (even though the battery had been changed there before) He threw the watches on the counter and said the other ones are running now and walked away. Yes, the other two watches were now running, but he had not bothered to set them to the correct time. He was a jerk.

Can’t award zero stars, so 1 star will have to do. The tech who «helped» me was a patronizing idiot. I told him about an intermittent problem I was having and what I wanted him to try. He refused to help me, saying I had either a carrier problem or SIM card problem. I spoke a tech at a competitor’s store who said «yeah, that’s probably a loose connection». Duh, that’s what I said. I will never be back & suggest you look elsewhere for assistance.

One day at work i dropped my iPad and broke the glass. I chose this place because they were right down the road to where I was working that day and I was planning on dropping the iPad off and coming back at the end of the day.
When I came back to pick it up, I had to talk to the manager because it was not up to may standards. The manager, Blake, agreed and had the glass replaced again. When I came back to pick it up again it looked fine but as over the next few days, there were problems and I had to take it back.
At that point I felt Blake went above and beyond to make things right. He started making phone calls and shooting off emails to his bosses to make sure I was a taken care of. Blake made me a very happy customer, he was in constant communication with me. I never once felt that I was being taken advantage of of brushed off as being an overly picky customer. The situation was taken care of in a very timely and professional manner.
They way I see it, it’s not the mistakes that define a person or company, it’s how they handle the mistakes.

The customer service here is terrible – not helpful at all and never ask you if you need help or offer any help.
I came here to recycle some AA batteries (about 30) and the man working was so rude when I asked him, saying that I needed to buy something or else I’d have to pay per pound of batteries I recycled. I understand the policy, but he wasn’t even polite about it. Not impressed.

Very dishonest store. Tried to sell me a light bulb made by a company that’s out of business. Touted the «lifetime warranty» that’s worthless the minute you hand over your money. They mentioned the company, Switch Lighting, was moving back to the US. A Google search confirmed Switch might be trying to do that but another person confirmed Switch owed him $ 50k. Why would this store try to sell a product with a lifetime warranty knowing the manufacturer was out of business? Had they said they were on clearance or only had a 3 year warranty through them I would have bought them knowing the risk. I will never be shopping there again.

Came here to buy a laptop charger for a pretty old computer and the employees were very quick with finding it and had good customer service!

So far so god with all my batteries needs. From cell phones to atv, they have it. A real no trainer and their prices are reasonable.

This is definitely a place one should consider for all battery, charger, or bulb needs. They have a huge selection and a very nice staff.
If they don’t have what you need then there is a pretty good chance they could have it in store fairly quickly.
I’ve been here a couple of times for various needs.
They have lots of parking available here in this Strip Mall lot.

Dropped by here on my way through town to see if I could get replacement batteries for my cellphone and laptop.
Guy behind the counter entered the model numbers to my devices and voila, both items were in stock, at prices slightly lower than what I had found online. I even opted for the double capacity laptop battery.
My only regret is that I didn’t visit am Oregon location to save on the taxes.

As their logo says «all of your battery needs» is not the case. I have a vhf radio that needs a new battery. A very popular brand of vhf. I also had a high end flashlight that I wanted to have a battery custom made for it. Neither request was handled. The staff was very stand off if there were any questions I had. After waiting for weeks for them to tell me if they could make or order the parts I needed they told me no. The store took my items and sent them out… to just get them back and tell me no. Once I received my vhf radio and flashlight back I went online to find and order the exact parts needed. Not only did I find them online I also found them at Radio Shack. How embarrassing to Batteries Plus that Radio Shack had their unobtainable item… in stock! This was my third strike with this place and will not go back. For reference… Fred Myers and Wal-​Mart have better prices on all batteries too. This place does not do good business and are very limited on there expertise.
