Bella By Jolena

Jolena is great at what she does. I’m a photographer and she is my go to make-​up artist for my female clients who want to leave their photo shoot make up to a professional. Not only does she do a fantastic job but she makes her clients feel great about themselves. My wife loves going to her spa and getting the royal treatment. I highly recommend Bella By Jolena.

By far the worst experience of my life! A complete waste of money and time. I never would have tipped had I known the lashes wouldn’t even last the day!
Horrible experience at Bella by Jolena… When the adhesive was applied to my left eye it burned! It was extremely uncomfortable. The lady then decided to use a different adhesive on my right eye, which went on fine. Afterwards, I asked if using two different adhesives would affect how they set. She mentioned the right side might not last as long. She then had the audacity to say if they come off on the right side I can come in next week and pay $ 50 to get them fixed. Really? Shouldn’t I be able to come in for FREE!!! What a concept, huh?
Well, my lashes didn’t even make it a couple days for my sister’s wedding. The same day lashes begun falling off. A couple days after, over half of them were completely gone and looked RIDICULOUS. My makeup artist still managed to make me look beautiful, but I was furious at the results I got. I told her to NEVER recommend them to her clients if anyone needs eyelash extensions.
Fast forward 7 days… I have to get them removed. There are soooo many patches because of missing lashes and it’s humiliating being out in public.
Perhaps, Bella by Jolena is awesome for other services, but if you need lashes go somewhere else! Worst experience!!!

I wish I could give Bella by Jolena 10 stars! The spa is adorable. From the time you walk in there is a serene feeling and cozy welcoming feel.

This is absolutely a hidden gem! You have to try Bella by Jolena, because I promise you will fall in love! I will be recommending Jolena to everyone from now on. I hope she posts more pictures because her place is ADORABLE. I love the atmosphere, and she is just amazing. She’s such a sweetheart. I came in just to get my eyebrows waxed, not knowing what to expect, and loved it so much that I made an appointment the very next day for a facial!
I was very happy with my eyebrow shaping, she did a great job and welcomed me in with a lovely lemon/​eucalyptus foot soak. The facial was absolutely AMAZING. It was extremely relaxing and refreshing. You can tell she knows what she is doing. She’s been doing makeup for 25 years and is a great esthetician as well. My mom says my face looks «angelic» after the facial, and it feels amazing too. If you need a getaway, this is the perfect place!
P. S. Jolena was telling me about her ‘Mother-​Daughter Spa Day” and other customized spa days she likes to do, and I would really like to try it! She even gets you a ‘cupcake for two’ to share and some tea on the spa days! It’s so cute. I can definitely imagine using Bella by Jolena for weddings and Bridal Showers as well.

I have wanted lash extensions for years so when I went on groupon and found a deal, I immediately made an appt. The lady seemed nice and told me how it worked (or so I thought) and I left feeling happy! When I learned my original lady was out of town, I decided to make an appt at Bella by Jolena. She was so helpful and spent a ton of time educating me on lash extensions that I found out the original lady who put what I thought were lash extensions on, weren’t. Jolene spent an hour and a half individually removing every lash extension (smaller clumps purchased from a drugstore) that was put on with PERMANENT glue. I’m so thankful for Jolene and the time she spent educating me! I took a two week break for my eyelashes to grow back and went back to her for a new full set of lashes. She does amazing work and you will be so happy with the finished product! She truly cares about her customers!

Jolena is the eyebrow whisperer! & her studio is gorgeous! You will feel like a Parisian princess! She is so personable and a master of her craft! She does it all: eyelash extensions, waxing, facials, makeup & hair artistry. She is amazing! A must-​see ;)

I got eyelash extensions here and I LOVE them! Jolena is the best! I have had eyelash extensions done by other people. They did not last and irritated my eyes. The extensions that Jolena did lasted and looked very natural without any irritation.
She is professional and a perfectionist! I highly recommend her for I will be her client for life! I’m looking forward to getting other treatments from her!

Jolena is amazing! I went to see Jolena originally for eyelash extensions from a groupon I purchased. I continue to go back because of the excellent service she provides. Jolena is a true professional in everything she does. She recently did my daughters hair & make-​up for her senior prom. She blew us both away. We gave her pictures of what we wanted and she made it happen. My daughter had a wonderful experience and felt like princess. I have never met anyone that loves her job as much as Jolena. She truly shines at what she does. Her new studio is amazing too! You feel like you are in a French boutique. So girly!

I love her. Her spa is very relaxing and inviting. She provides all the pampering needed for an experience to remember. She offers many years experience in makeup, waxing, eyelashes, facials in a very convenient location in Vancouver Washington. She is beautiful and knows what she is doing.

I’ve had my fair share of facials in my time, but Jolena is so genuine and sweet you automatically feel at home! She’s thought of everything to make your experience luxurious, and second to none.
