Great customer service! They went above and beyond to make a mistake right. In today’s day and age it’s truly awesome to see a company still care about the customer. These guys have earned my business!

An older building but still better than the salmon creek location! Friendly staff and great service, even when they are busy. Regardless if the line is out the door, they will take your order promptly and deliver your food fast! They tend to keep the dining room toasty on cold days; Either shed some layers or enjoy the semi-covered patio seating. Like most Burgerville locations, they will bus your table and sort out the recycling, but this location actually promotes this service with a sign on every table! I also like the fact that this is one of the few Burgerville locations where I have always been served a completely frozen milkshake.

This was just a quick stop lunch, and that’s pretty much what it was. I had the pepper bacon cheese burger, which was good but not exceptional– about what you’d expect from a higher class fast food joint. The fries were alright– again, nothing really memorable. The best parts of our meal were the local and seasonal options like the wala wala onion rings(with their own buttermilk ranch, which was delicious) and the blackberry milkshake(very flavorful and creamy). If you’re looking for fast food, this is one of the better places to check out.

Great staff! Friendly, polite and caring. I was shocked that this could still be found at a fast food restaurant. Food was as expected– Fine.

Are you kidding me? This is a «good» burger spot? I bet I could switch a Burgerville burger with a Mc Donalds burger and you wouldn’t know the difference. They taste exactly the same and they both have a thin sliver of what they call a beef patty. They sure must save a lot of money by giving everyone a salami thin piece of beef.

Conscious fast food. Non hormone/antibiotic meat, plus free range chicken and local produce. Definitely a step up from standard fast food, I think we need more like it. Plant plastic bottles for water, but still crappy high fructose sodas and crappy packaged ketchup. Just a few little extras and it would get another star. Regardless this is the only fast food that I’d touch nowadays.

In my many visits to Vancouver I’ve really enjoyed Burgerville, the food is good, the service great. As I’m to understand their ingredients are locally sourced, and many specials are seasonal, like the fried asparagus I had one visit. The burgers definitely hit the spot.

Hey. It’s Burgerville. Better than McDonalds and Burger King, but not the best. Place is clean and staff friendly,

NE corner of NE99th St. and NE Highway 99 So I know I’m going to catch a lot of flack for this rating, but I dined here out of curiosity to experience a PNW burger chain, but found myself completely unimpressed. It was their temporary Rosemary Fries: that drew me in as well, but these fell really short in the flavor department. I was truly hoping they would have proven more assertive. For lovers of French Fries they were still crispy and hot on the outside and moist and hot on the inside so I guess the purveyors can be happy about that! The Peppered Bacon Cheeseburger: I had was no better either; proving pretty sad and having me wish that I had chosen another Fast Food Chain restaurant to attend, but alas I did still feel compelled to at least check this place out and therefore sort of found myself the Guinea Pig so to speak. Besides actual flavor in the meat, the patty itself lacked a proper flavorful seasoning. Service here was very kind by the whole staff. Seating comes in the form of regular tables and I believe plastic booths if I remember correctly. There is plenty of parking in their dedicated lot.

Burgers are ok. Fries are good. Walla-walla onion rings, which is what we went for, were ok, but very greasy and now that I’ve had them, I don’t need to have them again. Five Guys beats them by a mile for flavor of the burgers. If you’r hungry, it will fill the void but is really nothing to write home about.

While most things have been fine here — there have been a couple notable slips. It seems like the food sites for a while before being server. More than once I’ve received soggy fries and a completely liquid shake(ie not frozen any more). There is nothing quite as disappointing as paying $ 4 for chocolate milk.

BV is my favorite fast food place. This one is rarely ever busy, which makes it one of my favs… well, maybe a close second to the one on 134th Street and ONLY beacuse the one on 134th Street sells booze!

My last 2 visits were great enough for me to spend the 14 minutes it took for me to sign up on here — now THAT’s saying something ! GREAT great service — amazingly helpful people. Now, I do wish the fish sandwich was bigger — that part was disappointing. Fortunately, it’s lack was overshadowed by the amazing Mocha Perk shake with caramel that Jonathon was nice enough to make. It’s extra special steps like this that will keep me coming back. Of course, the prices… keep me from coming here every day ! :)P All in all, Burgerville is a good place to go to treat yourself nice. ~Rob
