The customer service in this store is TERRIBLE! We went today to get the Steph Curry limited edition shoes or the Kyries. When we entered the store no greeting, no «can I help you» and when my son asked about the shoes they said «they didn’t know» that he should just «look on the wall». When I asked if they could help they said, «they weren’t sure if they had them».
Are you serious? Who the heck hires these morons? I called Clackamas store and they do have the shoes, but I’m so appalled at the service from Champs that I’m hesitant to drive over there.
I can see why there were no customers in store now. Who would go there when you have to incompetent employees busy ignoring customers and being completely rude. Do they not have sales goals?
