Went into the Chase branch inside the Fred Meyer and was pleasantly surprised that they were open till 7pm as we were hurrying to make it there by 6. We needed to modify our accounts, but as there was only 1 business person already working with someone, we were asked to come back in about a half hour which was perfect as we needed to do some shopping. We returned at around 6:30 and were greeted by Jan who brought us over to her desk. She was very polite and social. Asked us how she could help us and provided the easiest solution and got it done for us all the while making us feel like we were old friends and telling us about her family and such. What a great experience. Thanks Jan!!!
