I took my old Dell there last fall to have Vista updated to Win7. They had some problems with it but were extremely helpful, friendly and considerate and stood by their estimate. I had been wanting to do it for 2 years but knew it would be a bear to do. I’ll take my business back to them if needed. Thanks Guys!
