Our general contractor sent us here when we were shopping around for counters, tile and the like for our upcoming kitchen renovation. We first showed up on a Saturday, but there wasn’t anyone really around to help us (the one lady that seemed to be working was already helping another couple for what seemed like forever). So we did the best we could and picked out what we liked.
We apparently didn’t read the prices right, because I think we picked out all the most expensive stuff in the store :)
We went back a second time; the same thing happened, no one to help, but we sort of knew what we were going for and found it pretty quickly anyway.
I had to return a third time to pick out grout, and a nice customer service rep did help me that time. Overall, I like the variety of choices at CFM, but their customer service could be improved upon.

As a general contractor or remodeling contractor this place is a definite invaluable resource for me to be able to send my clients and make selections on hard goods for their house. The staff are excellent their knowledge is bar none and of course warehouse Give give you a hard time anytime you want it.
They have a good selection of carpeting tile hardwood floors vinyl floors any kind of granite pretty much anything you need to finish a house with.
