Just have to make an update here. We came back after new ownership. Of course, I ordered my favorite mac n’ cheese and they seemed to have downgraded their ingredients. The cheese is now kind of a creamy, cheap, processed cheese which isn’t nearly as tasty. The price of course is the same. As a left over, it doesnt warm well and is super greasy. Really disappointing that this has changed. Also, they have a back patio that woukd be really nice but has not been open since new owners.

Really good food, service and cocktails! Definitely would come back! Got the Mac and cheese and the BLTA with an old fashion and lemon drop. Awesome atmosphere, nice patio with tables and fire pit.

Food was great. We got the Mac and cheese and a burger and were very happy. Crispy fries and you can watch the food being prepared. I called ahead to see if they had vegetarian options and the woman who answered when above and beyond telling me what they offered and how I could modify what wasn’t veg friendly. When I didn’t finish my food(because it was a big portion) she came by to make sure I was happy with it. Overall it was a good experience. I will note that if you want your burger medium as they state it will come, order rare/medium rare, or it will likely be over cooked.

*Update: unfortunately, I’ll probably never return. Loved it the first few times we went. My last experience I asked for my favorite burger: the southern. I asked for it done medium, the guy assured me they always do burgers medium so of course I assumed my burger would be, you guessed it, medium. Everyone at the table ended up with over well done charred burgers. Somehow they managed to even burn the cheeses. And the pulled pork tasted like they put it on the grill and its was dry as heck. Everything just tasted burned and it was terrible. When you pay $ 15 for a burger you want it to taste good. The burned dry taste over took the pulled pork and everything. Everyone else was in agreement about their burgers. It was a nice attempt. Over the corse of maybe 5 visits I’ve gone from 5 to 1 stars. Update: EVERYOTHERTIMEWETRYANDGOTHEYARECLOSED! Last Friday at 4:00pm, the hours say they should be open and they are closed. Went on a Wednesday and they were closed for dinner and so on, it’s annoying. Stick to your posted hours of you want returning customers.* The food was really great. I got«the southern» burger. I was frightened that it’d be greasy with pulled pork topping off a beef patty, but it wasn’t at all, it was juicy and tender and I finished the whole burger!(not a usual thing for me) so excited to go back and take my fiancé with me. Defiantly great.

I had the fish and chips and a raspberry lemon drop and it was all delicious. A couple simple drinks like Moscow Mule they did not have due to being in transition of a new owner… But it was pretty decent yet in my opinion, just a little more on the spendy side than necessary.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and have always had an alright experience. But today was different. The place is under new ownership and the added customer service is what was missing. Same great food and Scott was such a great host. I’ll definitely be making the drive from Washougal more often to eat here! I am excited to see this new team succeed!

I will never come back to this place. It took 20 minutes to get notice and an hour to get our food. And it’s not fun to throw up after eating there. Food is more nasty since the new owners took over. The BBQ bacon burger was gross and made my boyfriend sick my mom had the Irish nachos and could not eat it the ham is too salty. Do not eat here!!!

After some frustration with them being closed for a few weeks with no explanation(Looked on the door, and at their online presence) we were able to get in there today for lunch. It seems there was some change in the ownership, and they had to close up during the process. I get that… but some communication to their patrons would have been nice! The menu was the same as it had been, and«our» server was still there, too. Food was great, with some slight differences in prep than it used to be, I think.(IE: The gravy on my Ooey Gooey was yummy, but it was lighter in color and had just a little bit of a different flavor to it than I have gotten used to). Wings were still tasty, as was the spicy ranch dressing and the Cuban Sandwich. Mac & Cheese also super gooey and fabulous. I did think my burger was a bit overcooked, though… I will have to make a mental note to make sure and request it MR from now on. They also dont have GF buns right now, but I think she said they would be getting them back soon. The food is excellent, but it does seem a bit high priced for a working lunch(There were three of us… The Ooey Gooey, The Cuban, an order of Mac&Cheese and three waters = $ 40, pre-tip).

This review goes out specifically to my Northwest US Elite Counterparts. I cam all the way from the east coast to try this place. If you have not been… you must stop doing what you are doing… right now… and go here. It is awesome. One of the best burgers I have ever had. The Zombie Burger. A big burger but oh so good. The sweet potato fries are very good as well. The place is under new ownership — I was there on Day 3 of the new régime. I chatted up 2 of the owners throughout my meal and met the third owner as i was leaving. These folks are going to do great. Go… NOW!

Random hours. I showed up for lunch, drove out of my way, and they had decided not to open until 4:00. You might want to call first to see if they bothered to open that day.

Sometimes we just drive until we find a place we want to eat. We actually stopped here when trying to turn around and head back toward the highway, and were pleasantly surprised upon entering. It doesn’t look like much, and it’s not very big, but don’t let that turn you away. The servers were all super friendly, and while I don’t recall their names, everyone was helpful. The menu, though not too large, was enough to accommodate our GF diet. We each got a large specialty salad and shared sweet potato fries. I was impressed that they were waffle cut. The prices were just fine. Nothing too cheap to make it a dive, but nothing overpriced that would prevent me from coming back. In addition to great food, their homemade lemonade was delicious. We’ll definitely be back and hope to give it five stars if the food and service is great upon repeated visits.

Jessie was amazing, service was prompt. Drinks were good and good was wonderful! Second time didn’t disappoint, the staff is awesome, food is great and the zombie Bloody Mary is not only one of the best in Vancouver but if argue one of the best in PDX. Mac and cheese was unreal, burgers were great but what makes the experience stand out is the team approach to service and how they go above and beyond, simple things are a big deal in service like putting a football game on the other tv so your not turning around. I love to give credit to great business and this is one of them. If you haven’t made it here it’s worth the trip!

Holy Moley! This place was absolutely incredible! I never would have expected it from the outside and I feel like I have missed out on life by not coming here sooner. Ok so here’s the low down: I ordered the fish tacos that had a basil pesto sauce and wow! Seriously out of this world paired with sweet potato fries and a Portland cider. Best meal I have had in I don’t even know how long! My boyfriend got the special, the jalapeño bacon burger with tots. All of their burgers are made with Kobe beef, I mean are you kidding?! Can’t it get better than this!!! The burger was incredible. If I wasn’t so full I’d want more. A serious must if you are in Vancouver!

Are you craving some food and drinks from the grille? This place has delicious food and a great environment to hang out and chill. Service is really friendly but food can take a while to get sometimes. It gets pretty busy at night sometimes. I really enjoyed the food but the price was a little to steep for this place and what you get. I got amazing fish tacos and substituted for a salad instead of fries. 2 fish tacos for $ 10+ is ridiculous. They weren’t really that big either. But the quality and taste was on point. Fish was moist and flaky and good fillings to pair with the fish. The burgers were really good and packed with flavors. They also make some drinks that will knock your socks off. If you can afford it this place is a great try for your taste bud. I will definitely be coming back for the yummy food and drinks they serve!

This place literally has THEMOSTDELICIOUSBURGERSEVER. I don’t understand why more people don’t know about it. I love the Southern. It’s a burger, with pulled pork and yummy coleslaw. There is also a burger with an egg and gravy. Not my cup of tea, but people who like egg on their burger LOVE it. The Zombie Burger should be famous. Hot, GIANT, meaty, amazing. They should make Zombie bibs that come with it and make it an attraction/challenge! They’d be famous! The wings: THEBESTWINGS I’VEEVERHAD. Falling off the bone, delicious, oh my gosh. And lastly, the homemade sweet potato fries are to die for. Basically, this place is delicious and I think once people discover it they will need to expand, because it really is Amazing.

We went to Crave for dinner last night. After reading the reviews on Unilocal,we were incredibly hopeful and all were looking forward to finally finding a decent restaurant in the Couv. This place wasn’t it. The ‘house’ sauce on all of the sandwiches is a sweet potato aioli. Yes, you read that right– sweet potato. We found that sauce to be such a weird flavor pairing– it’s almost like Crave wants to take a stab at being pretentious with their creative intent but totally miss. My husband said something tasted sweet on his burger(his aioli was on the side so not sure what was going on there) and that the best thing about his $ 12 burger was the bun and the bacon. My portobello sandwich wasn’t cooked all the way through in some parts and tasted off to me. There is no doubt in my mind that the mushroom cap was co-mingled with beef patties while it cooked. I ended up picking apart the sandwich to find edible sections which was a total bummer. Our daughter liked the Southern burger– and because of this bright spot in a sea of darkness, I’m giving Crave three stars for last night’s performance. The overcooked French fry portions were a joke– as they threw 15 hard, anorexic fries next to each creative sandwich on a plate that was big enough to support two meals. The service was quick and pleasant. With that being said, it was weird having to watch our waiter and the kitchen crew smoke cigarettes on the side patio while we ate. Side note– you’ll pay an additional charge for calling in a takeout order. Who does that? Another pretentious stab and miss… Alas, our search for good food in the Couv continues.
