It deserves ZERO STARS. Yesterday I was told at this location that first they could guarantee delivery by 10:30am to eastern Washingron this morning. Then she told me noon and could not explain why. None of the staff knew why. Then I was told ground service would get there 1 day guarantee, but that air would guarantee by noon. Today. So I paid for air. Now it’s today and my package with highly sensative court documents that needed to be on a lawyers desk today by noon are STUCK IN MEMPHIS TENESEE!!!
No one said that air delivery meant it went to the other side of the country before going to just the other side of the state!
Had that been stated or explained as the difference between the two choices of ground or air, I never would have sent it air for fear of this happening in an urgent situation.
It gets better. Customer service has repeatedly told me «it was due to wether, and we don’t give shipping credits or credits in general for wether delays»
Meanwhile the money I paid this service to guarantee delivery to the other part of the state I’m in has only paid for it to be stuck on the other side of the country.
Let’s recap… Paid for grantee delivery at noon today. Package is stuck on other side of the country.
Fedex won’t even consider a refund because «it’s the wether» what weather? Is it snowing in Memphis in July!!!
Court documents sent through fedex for the purpose of a hearing and the documents are in Memphis.
Unacceptable. I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN. AND THEIR SERVICE DOESN’T EVEN COUNT AS A SERVICE. I PAID TO SHIP MY HIGHLY SENSATIVE DOCUMENTS TO A LAWYER TO HAVE THEM SIT IN A WAREHOUSE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COUNTRY.
FEDEX ERROR costing me a portion of my life, and they are blaming the wether so it can just be passed on to someone else’s desk.
I asked many questions of this location yesterday before sending it from here, and none of the staff, 2 women and 1 man knew the answers.
Should have walked out. Spare yourself USE THE US POST OFFICE!

I give it two stars because of the lady that tried to help me. Manager had an attitude at me the whole time. Smiled at others & then finally looked something up finally as i stood there for 10 min but could really give a rip to actually go out of his way to help what i was there for.

VERY helpful. EXCELLENT customer service. Very very professional.

Came in this morning.
The manager i assume was an older man with a shaved head and completely useless to help me in creating a pdf scan to my email. I kept going up to him asking for help and he would not leave behind the counter.
Finally MICHELLLE, came into start her day at Fedex. She helped me thru the whole process. I told her was in town to help my brother who just had surgery and was still in hospital and he needed to turn in FMLA paperwork for being disabled.
I gave 2 stars because that mgr should be fired. He poorly represents the company.

Give yourself a lot of time to ship something. At this location. Being coming here for years and it’s always been this way. Was so annoyed this last time it finally compelled this review.

Slowest service ever. Do not bother with fedex because u will be here at least 20 minutes even with no one in line. One of the copy employees, Luis I think, is very helpful but other than him you are screwed.

I was thoroughly unimpressed and rather upset by my experience at this FedEx Office the other day. I only needed to send some documents to myself so I would have an electronic copy. Most FedEx Office’s have a scanner/​printer/​copier which makes it simple and inexpensive. If this one was equipped with such a machine the unhelpful staff didn’t mention it after I waited an extremely long time by the front door while they looked busy ignoring me. When they did acknowledge me and I explained what I needed they provided me with the most expensive and least efficient way of obtaining the necessary results. I ended up spending a lot of money waiting for their very slow computer to accomplish what I needed, while I was paying per minute! I ended up leaving, after not completing the task I had come in for, and I spent way to much money. Complete waste of time and money. I will never go here again.

The people at this Kinkos are completely unprofessional and unhelpful. When my mom went in there to make a PDF of a document to be emailed to her, they refused to help her citing store policy that they can’t email anything out, only receive email. This is completely false, I’ve sent documents to Kinkos and have emailed files back and forth until the copy was perfect — so I have no idea why they were so difficult. But I will never give them my business again.
We ended up going to nearby Pip’s Copy and not only did they create the PDF and email it, but they also did so free of charge after hearing that Kinkos refused. That’s beautiful customer service. Of course we experience that at a locally owned store rather than a box corporation.

Great resource downtown. It’s a wonderful place to go when your printer decides to go toes up.
I have not seen the place super busy either
