The brisket was amazing! Definitely better than I would have thought from a sub place. Will be coming back for sure!

Had lunch with the wife today. The staff seemed enthusiast and polite. The wife’s Sandwich was not hot and the meat was chewie. Mine was incorrect, but they took care of that on short order and was really good. I would suggest that they clean the vents in the ceiling, they were dirty with dust, and most likely grease. That should be done at least weekly.

Nothing to write home about but it is a decent sub. We had the bacon ranch. It was tasty. Not too salty which is a plus. Pricing is okay. It’s a fast food sandwich joint do take it for what it is. Service was quick so that’s a plus. I don’t mind having a quick bite here every once in awhile while we’re our and about.

I had their Italian sub. It was almost as good as Quiznos. Their staff was extremely friendly, but it came across as forced; as if the manager requires them to excessively greet you when you come in. Don’t get me wrong; that’s great! But when it’s forced, one can tell. It’s kinda creepy.

I am not a big fan of fast food chains but this place is pretty good. I had a large meatball sub and my wife had the Italian salad with chicken. Both were a solid 4⁄5. The meatballs were good and for just under $ 10 it was pretty big. I could barely finish it. I would get it with pepperoni next time. My wife liked her salad and she is pretty picky. All around a good experience. Don’t ordering on line. They don’t do on line orders at this outlet. Check it out.

Best sandwich ever! It’s fresh, served hot and they don’t skimp on the meat. This location has always had excellent customer service as well. They always greet you when you walk in the door, keep the place clean and say goodbye when you leave. Service is also timely but still quality.

Love the meatball sub! Gotta get a large! Ask for extra toasting, it’s the best! The employees are all very nice and welcome you when you walk in.

It is a bit spendy for a sandwich but it was good. The bbq brisket sandwich was juicy and sweet. There was a little to much sauce for my taste but otherwise a really good sandwich.

GREAT food! GREAT service! I can’t wait to come back and try more off the menu. My husband said the hot sub he had was one of the best he’s ever had.

What an awesome place to have on our doorstep! Myself and my husband have been there a couple of times since we moved the area, and today we took the kids along too. It is consistently good. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and genuinely wanted us to enjoy what we got, rather than just the mandatory ‘how’s your food’. Will definitely go back again!

I heard about this sub shop on a cooking channel. The ingredients were fresh but I was disappointed in the size of the sandwich. I guess I was thinking fireman go for big sandwiches. I expected more given the price. TOGOs and Subway have better bread and a more substantial sandwich.

Pretty standard sub sandwich, but much more meat then most sandwiches at restaurants. The wheat bread was really good. The coke freestyle machine is fun, and they have their own exclusive cherry limeade on it.

Everything was bad. The food, the service, the prices, the wait time, and the loud crowded space. Ingredients all tasted fake. Yuk, I’ll go next door to MOD pizza instead.

This place knows what they are doing. We are a few hours away from Vancouver and when we are in town we stop by here. Can’t go wrong with any sandwich but brisket is always my favorite. Portions are huge too!

Have been to Firehouse Subs twice now and I must say I am a huge fan! When you first walk in, it seems like every employee stops what their doing and says«hello and welcome.» I have had the Italian both times I have visited. Great flavor, fresh ingredients, and just a treat. Forget those other sub places, Firehouse has my vote. As far as the comments being made about the age of the staff. Being in the industry for over 20 years, this staff does it very well. They are cheerful, polite, and knowledgeable. Every question I have ever asked about the ingredients of the food, they have always answered promptly and correctly. That to me… is impressive my friend. I seldom receive that type of enthusiasm and commitment from other places I visit whether it be quick service or fine dining. Keep up the good work!

I first had a Firehouse Sub last Summer while visiting family in Dayton, OH. It was great then and even better now since they opened a shop here in the Pacific Northwest.(Pssst… I heard that they will be opening some more Firehouse Sub shops from Portland to Seattle real soon.) Outstanding service and subs!!! The staff is very warm and friendly. They make the experience of eating out at a sub shop even better. This place is far better than Subway, Pita Pit, Jimmy John’s, and Jersey Mike’s! Here you get a decent side sub for your money filled with MEAT, not little meat and lots of veggies, veggies, and more veggies like those other places. This is how we like our subs on the Right Coast! Portland can keep their weird eclectic foodie joins in bars, trucks, and shops. Just give me another Meatball sub from Firehouse Subs here in Vancouver, WA!

I’ve had a thing for Firehouse subs for about a decade. I used to go to the one down the street from my mom’s house in Macon, GA so imagine my delight when I discovered one right here in the Couve. I love the toasty bun and the juicy innards. I always eat the club on a sub but I bet the others are tasty too. My 3 and 6 year old also love Firehouse so it’s a great destination when mama doesn’t feel like cooking. Oh yeah, I dig the coca cola freestyle machine too. A good Georgia girl is not okay with pepsi products.

Oh my! Great Sandwiches. They steam the meat which sounds strange, but it makes for a really flavorful sandwich. They do not skimp on the meat either. I got the smaller size sandwich(Hook n Ladder) which was very tasty. My son got the large Turkey Bacon Ranch which he devoured. My wife’s meatball was very good too. Friendly staff. When I watched them make the sandwiches, they were great at explaining the process. Huge selection of hot sauces. I’ll post some picks, but they not do justice to the sandwiches. We will be back.

Good sandwich here, they do need a better selection of breads(Only have White or Wheat), they have a great selection of sauces though. Was annoyed at them as was told I would get a free sandwich for my Birthday even though my Birthday was the 21st, because they hadn’t opened the store till the 22nd. Which sucks that they wouldnt live up to their word! Overall though, despite them lying about that part I was pleased with the sandwich, they just need to get their info right!
