That Stephen guy is a overly sensitive clown. What a joke. As for this Game Stop, I have literally spent thousands of dollars here and I can’t say enough about the experience. I have two living locations and this is the GameStop that I choose to come to time in and time out. The updated selection of pre owned games is awesome! The staff is very knowledgeable and their recommendations are right on point. The store is clean and runs very smoothly. I feel very welcomed every time I come into the store. Everyone gripes about the money they give you for your OLD games… Well exactly that. They are OLD games and I’m glad to at least get something back for them. I love this place and because of the team that runs this particular store is why I keep coming back. You guys rock!

I have gone to this gamestop numerous times. Only for 2 things, nintendo games(mainly pokemon) and pokemon gamestop mystery gifts. The service is mediocre at best. I have met 1 nice employee, and about 10 or so not so nice. Typically they know ALOT about games, so they get this«im better than you» attitude, and it really shows. They dont treat you or other employees kindly, they treat everyone like you would your best friend. With a bunch of crass humor and light insulting. When im with my friends, we joke and insult each other. when i come into a store and interact with an employee, dont treat me like that. Now onto the actual reason you go, games now there are alot of games and items you can buy. The price for them to me is pretty good, console and handheld prices are good as well. Now considering its annoying and difficult to sell games and consoles online, youd thing it would be very easy to go into a store and exchange This is were you are horribly wrong Gamestop marks items up EXTREMELY high, i kid you not there is a game worth 30 dollars that i can exchange for 5, another game i purchased for 20 from them, i can exchange for 40 cents. They are popular games, i forgot to mention those prices are for instore credit. If you take just cash, its even less. My ps3 is 45 instore credit there, but to buy a 360 would be over 100. Id like to be at least able to exchange games and consoles at fair trade. They give you too little for what you are selling. They are very rude and argue with you over the littlest things. My ideal scenario would be to trade my ps3 for a 360, even if i had to chip in 10 or so bucks, thats fine. Same with my games. ps3 black ops 2 for 360 version. But no. Id have to throw in over 100 to do that. Honestly it sucks seeing potential like this wasted on greed. I would only suggest you come here if Target, Wal mart, Walgreens, Toys r us, Fred meyer, Amazon, Steam, Origin, 3rd party stores online and offline, the local neighborhood creep on the corner, or any other store like it didnt have what you want Simply put this place is total bull and i HIGHLY advise taking your money and time elsewhere. you will be belittled into a pulp
