I came here looking for a glass lid to fit the top of a large glass container I already had to make a closed terrarium. I found what I needed in just a couple of minutes for .99¢, but then I found all sorts of other things…
I found a bunch of wide mouth Kerr mason jars and one unusually tall Ball, .29¢ each. That price made me happy. I also found a glass hurricane to top one of our kerosene lamps, $ 2.99. They have a slew of other stuff like any other Goodwill you’ve ever been to. Definitely not overpriced.

Went at about 11:30 in the morning on a Saturday and was impressed with how clean and clear the aisles were. Clothes seemed to be priced a bit high, but plenty of variety. Still cheaper than retail and decent kitchenware section. I’ll go back again. It’s all about the thrill of the hunt.

This thrift store must not get a lot of donations because most of the things they had were on the expensive side. The day we found out about our new appartment my boyfriend came here first looking for kitchen wear and household items. Most of the stuff was grimy and way too expensive, we ended up getting a set of classes and a pot and pan that came out to $ 40. After we went to Marshals where we found brand new house wear items for the same price.

Goodwill is one of those magical places. I like to donate to this store — as a special education teacher I feel a pull towards this corporation! This time I went inside after donating to look for some stuff for my classroom and came away with a few unopened games, totes, and binders!
I also found the most perfect kitchen décor items — at least for me they were — because they match my kitchen perfectly!
You never know what you will find, the stores are almost always organized (except for the toy aisle) and it just feels good to help people (the employees) become productive members of society!
