I am giving 5 stars based on a few things… The hours are great, this is one of the few vape shops in town you can run to at 10pm when every piece of vaping equipment has failed and you are sitting at your table having a meltdown…
Speaking of meltdowns, they have tolerated mine VERY WELL. They were patient and informative even in my early days of quitting smoking. This was the second vape shop I ever went to. I was nearly in tears a few days off cigarettes when they helped me with my broken glass and battery I bought elsewhere.

So, I’m not much of a Unilocaler, but sometimes you have to make an exception. Most vape shops will have what you need, or close to, and will be happy to take your $$, but HV service AFTER the sale really sets them apart. I’ve gone in with questions or problems about a product or service, and their first concern seems to be how to fix it or make it right, not just the most expensive replacement. A business that seems more focused on making customers and not just sales, what a concept! Good job guys, I’ll be back, and keep spreading the word… vape on!

Workers were awkward, felt very uncomfortable. They do have decent juice tho. The workers just gave off the vibe of pot heads almost as if they were high on shrooms or something.

These guys are great at Vape products! Excellent customer service and passionate about the vape cause. Pretty much saved my day!

Stopped in May 22, 2015 decided it was time to start Vaping again. Definitely want to thank Travis Steve and Vanessa! Steve and Travis helped me pick out a nice Smok X Pro M80 Plus. Vanessa got me hooked up on the Artic Horizon Tech and Tropical Madness from The Dot Com line. It’s been about six hours so far still not craving a cigarette ha ha keep y’all updated with progress! Also forgot to mention that Vanessa help educate one of my best friends and hooked her up with an Aspire Kit and Strawberry (Banana?) flavor! She’s so excited about her new Vape!
Why shop anywhere else when you can get the best prices friendly atmosphere and professional help… Remember kids this is for 18+

The best vape shop in the area hands down, whether you’re new to vaping or not. Amazing team and excellent customer service from Evan, Travis, Vanessa and Steven. I can’t remember the last time I knew everyone’s name from a store I shop at. They each go out of their way to help and explain (without making you feel stupid). Every time I visit, it’s like hanging out with good friends. My girl and I didn’t know much about vaping at first and were going to Bubba’s in Battle Ground (where we live) but after some bad experiences, we hit up Hawaiian Vapor on a whim and could not have been luckier. We are now regulars, don’t mind the drive and are happy to drop our cash on equipment and juice because this place has truly earned our business. We don’t bother going anywhere else.

Friendly, and helpful. Prices are a little high for chambers, I hate the vapor filled room. It makes it hard to see anything and to me its rather off putting.

First off, the place is just weird. A little trashy. But it’s close to home so I thought I’d try it out. The guy that helped me didn’t seem like he wanted to. Like I was inconveniencing him. I just wanted to see what kind of liquids they had. He told me they were $ 20, which is the highest price I’ve ever seen on any liquid. Eventually went to Bubba’s and got a tank and a liquid for $ 20. They need to work on price, atmosphere, and customer service. I liked Bubba’s much better.

Once again I’m blown away by the professional service here I can’t believe all the times they have helped me. I came in with a problem and wow write on it i was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Super great service with a great knowledgeable staff I can’t believe how awesome this place is. By far the very best vapor shop I’ve ever ever came across.

The apparent manager seemed pretty unprofessional and kind of talked down to me in a number of ways.
I came in to buy vape juice. I asked for something that I typically get from a well known brand and he mocked it saying that the flavor I like doesn’t taste very good and that I should try one of «their» flavors.
That immediately turned me off to everything else he had to say.
I mean think about it; if you like cookie dough ice cream and you go to an ice cream shop and the manager says oh we don’t sell cookie dough ice cream because I don’t like the flavor. Instead you should try this brownie ice cream, it’s way better.
In my opinion that is not a good way to get repeat Customers or how sales should be practiced in general.
The shop itself has an awkward vibe. The idea behind what they say is cool. Video games, wifi, movies, and a place to chill sounds awesome but when you walk In there is 6 or 7 people that obviously just hang out there every day smoking weed in the back and control the vibe of the store.
All in all the people that work there seem educated in what they know, wether it’s building or product knowledge. They have a decent size selection of flavor and they are initially pretty friendly when you walk in.

this place was just weird. the builder knew what he was doing, and I respect his craft, but the vibe and atmosphere was so unprofessional it really turned me off. typically a bad way to get repeat business is using the n word in colloquial conversation. half of a good vape shop is the people behind the counter, and to be quite honest the best person there was Taylor, the adorable basset hound with eyes that say «get me the fuck away from this guy.» the woman and man bun guy were very nice, although man bun guy didn’t know much of the craft, and the builder reminded me of some strange cross between internet basement dweller, and wannabe white knight. I feel a fedora is almost requisite for this shop, and I don’t know if I can appreciate the aesthetic they are attempting to put on. perhaps when you’re trying to impress new customers, don’t go off on a racist rant about your ‘black santa,’ boiling down to a rambling of stereotypes and an extremely distasteful use of the n word. I was half hoping my battery would explode upon taking a hit, just to get me out of that situation. all in all, a very subpar experience. the good: inventory (I didn’t taste the juice but it looked good), the dog. the bad: semi-​racist undertones leading to discomfort among me and my friends, a rather forced ‘OMG were so chill’ aesthetic, and a bit of a lack of knowledge about the craft.
in short, not great; very awkward, good selection, baddddddd bedside manner, good builder, pretty lame aesthetic, cute dog, innocuous environment, sick as fuck man bun.

I got paid annnnnd I ended up buying two vaporizers lol, I have an addiction I LOVE vaporizers lol, I got a sigalli and the Atlantis sub owm the prices aren’t bad they make it so it’s affordable. I love, love, love Hawaiian Vapor it is my go to vape shop :-)

I felt like I was at the car dealership. Lots of pressure to buy stuff. This usually turns me off and I don’t want to come back. If you want the «car dealership» experience, that’s what you will get. They are persistent and you have to be straightforward and tell them no when you mean it. They had decent selection of juices but not worth the hassle in my opinion.

This place is our home away from home! They have the friendliest most knowledgeable staff of any shop we’ve been to.
Their flavor selection is amazing. They only carry high end fluids by DotCom Vapors, Oregon Vapor, Lick, Beard, Bang Bang, and Volcano. This is the only shop we’ve found that carries high CBD fluid.
Their vaporizer selection is huge. Mechanical mods, box mods, tank atomizers, rebuildable atomizers. Free rebuilds!
Weekly giveaways, parties, competitions, plenty of seating, wifi, xbox, play station, huge tv, Sunday football.

Was getting gas at arco next door and happened to spot this place out the corner of my eye. Went in and was greeted by Vanessa. Very helpful and nice. She let me try a handful of juices before I purchased a 30 ml bottle of watermelon. Prices are on point. Will def return !

Moving from Southern California just a few weeks ago I knew finding a good vape store would be difficult. I’ve been vaping for almost 2 years now so I’ve been through tons of stores. At Hawaiian vapors it gave me a good vibe when I walked in. The staff were great and friendly and actually had knowledge in their products compared to a couple vape lounges in Portland/​Vancouver area (not going to say any names). They act like a family there. Oh, I was told that they always have some type of events where they hangout and build their setups and try new juices and just chill every week on Sundays. But I have yet to go. Coming from socal, I’m kind of picky when it comes to juices. at Hawaiian vapors they may not have much but they understand the concept of «quality over quantity». I recommend trying the vendor «lick» of their awesome flavors «Monroe» «sunshine» and «calypso» so give this place a shot and I guarantee you’ll make a few vape friends enjoying some tropical flavors.

I just have to say that this place has a very cool atmosphere & are there to help. I was greeted right as I walked in & they had exactly what I was looking for compared to other vapor shops near by. I recommend checking them out if your looking for quality stuff, guarantees on their products, nice people & good customer service. Thanks
