Caleb is amazing! I met him a tattoo expo with artists from all over the United States & I chose him. Not only did he make my cover up look like I had always wanted, he made it look like there was no cover up at all. I am so happy with my new tattoo. My boyfriend was so impressed with Caleb’s work that he made an appointment for a new tattoo as well and it is looking fabulous(it is a large piece and is a work in progress). I hope Caleb like us as much as we like him, because we plan on visiting it a lot in the future. Also, the customer service is great. Everybody is friendly and knowledgeable and they want to make sure you feel comfortable. The only complaint I can come up with is the fact that I had they are busy and you need to make an appointment pretty far in advance, but I am positive that is because they are amazing and everybody wants in. Trust me when I say, it was worth the wait!

Caleb, at Illuminati Tattoo, is awesome. I have been working with him and have had a few appointments as we are working on a sleeve. He is kind and has a gentle hand. Always very professional and super conscious on when I need a break. People stop me and ask about my tattoos and where I got them done. I highly recommend this shop as an option when looking for a tattoo artist. Caleb is a wonderful artist! Thank you Caleb! I’ll definitely be seeing you again!

Called illuminati tattoo on Friday the 13th, they said they would put my name on the list to get a tattoo and to be down in 45 minutes. I showed up over an hour later and there were 13 people ahead of me. Obviously, that was frustrating, it’s been almost a ritual for me to get a tattoo of some sort every Friday the 13th for the last 12. This would have ironically been the 13th. With that said I went out to my car trying to figure out what to do. Then, 2 girls who worked behind the desk came to my car, apoligized, and asked if I could come back. I said sure, I mean, if they put in the effort to rectify their mistake, then cool. They asked me to come fill out the paperwork, so when I came back in it would be quicker. I did and they told me to come back in an hour or so. Instead I asked if they could call me instead since I was staying in a hotel up the street. They said sure. I left, and the wait began. 2 hours passed, so I called the shop and was informed that there were still 10 people ahead of me. But that they were going to finish all the people whose name were on the list and that they would call. Needless to say, I didnt receive a call, here it is 1:00pm on the 14th, and my Friday the 13th tattoo ritual has been broken. THANKSILLUMINATITATTOO… customer service clearly is not your strong point! What a waste of effort.
