So disappointing. We paid $ 20 for 2 sandwiches, soda, and a chicken strip kids meal. We tried to use the coupon code for free curly fries we saw as we walked in, and ultimately the manager on duty had to come over so we could actually use it. They tried saying I had already used the code, which was insulting, especially since you could see on my phone, I just text the # on the ad on their door to get the code. Then when the order came to the counter the fries had obviously sat for a little while, and 1 of the sandwiches was completely wrong. Also, we weren’t impressed by the gal in a tank top, who came out of the office, to get behind the counter, so that she made sure to get her friends order right. Never again.

By far the worst Jack-in-the-Box I have ever been to The driver was so slow I have never experienced such a thing in my whole entire life, Just go somewhere else if you don’t want to waste your time.

I work in fast food, so I know there is a standard for service. Unfortunately at this Jack-In-The-Box, I was greatly disappointed. I came through the drive-thru — usually I wouldn’t even write a review for just coming through the drive-thru here but my service was so terrible that I believed it was necessary to warn other people about this place. I asked for a number one combo about 3 times. I think the person ringing me up was distracted because he kept asking me what I was getting and I kept telling him what I wanted over and over. When I pulled up to the window and paid I got something completely different from what I ordered. I handed it back to them and explained that it wasn’t what I ordered. They didn’t even know what drink I had and had to ask again when I told them repeatedly I wanted a medium coke at the screen. This stuff isn’t that bad — this is where I was disappointed: Again — they hand me the wrong order and I see when I check the sandwich that it is not at all what I ordered… Again… They tell me to pull to the side so I do and come in to get the sandwich done right. AGAIN, but this time on the inside, they had to remake the sandwich about 3 times because they couldn’t figure out how to make a plain, dry buttery Jack classic burger with American cheese instead of the regular cheese that comes on it. The man that appeared to be the manager in a gray shirt said«this is really unfortunate — this is like the 3rd time that we’ve had to remake this.» Well, my only response to that would be «just make it right.» Meat, cheese, bun. Doesn’t seem that hard — I do this stuff all day. I’m not usually a complainer and I love to see great customer service, eat good food, and enjoy a well put together restaurant, but this Jack-In-The-Box was none of those things I am sorry to say. Hopefully they will find some ways to improve.

Terrible. Stopped in on the way up north from Portland. Noticed the tall lanky kid with the peach fuzz beard taking orders from the drive through saw us, and ignored us for all of 10 minutes as we stood there. For whatever reason the kid kept rubbing his face. It was pretty gross, he did not seem to wash his hands, so Im kind of glad we didnt eat there. There were no other customers except for the po-dunk towny kids at the front table. Decided to leave, and noticed, after leaving through the window, the young kid at the counter came over to the table and was goofing around with the 4 kids at the table. One of the kids even got up and began sweeping, Im guessing he worked there. Best to not bother with such a place.
