Great sandwiches! Not great is the fact that they don’t deliver to my house. They would definitely get more business by opening up delivery area.

Unbelievably Amazing Delivery Story. We ordered sandwiches for lunch, during the heaviest thunder and lightning storm possible. The gutters were over flowing, and we got the knock on the door. The delivery came on foot, after he jogged to ¾ of a mile each way. Completely soaked, and smiling, he said they were short on drivers. Amazing service, and a great sandwich.

Okay I’m only .3 miles away from there 1 mile limit. Ridiculous! Quit saying you guys deliver when you clearly are so anal about the distance. Your just losing money.

This is our main Jimmy Johns we go to when were craving a sandwich. Ive never had any problems here. Always clean. Fast service. I love all the fun sayings on the walls and music is playing for a fun atmosphere. A great location only 6 mins from my house. I just dont like that were less then 1 mile out of their delivery area. –_– Id probably use delivery way more often if they would deliver. But i have and will be coming back for sandwichs at this location. it boggles my mind that this location had only 3 stars! I recommend to anyone.

I went in on a busy weeknight to order my usual Italian. I told the kid twice I wanted to no tomatoes and no mayo, literally twice. I get my sandwich go to my car unwrapped it and there was tomatoes and mayo. Ok no big deal they made a simple mistake. So I went back in and gave them back the sandwich and told them a third time now what I didn’t want. They made me another sandwich and again with everything on it. These were a group of high school kids being stupid and purposely putting things on sandwiches I didn’t want. They thought it was a joke and would be funny. Only it’s not funny when someone spends money and drives 6 miles to your location. I have never come across rude, unprofessional and outright dumb restaurant employees. Who ever owns this particular franchise must be an idiot for hiring such unprofessional group of kids.

This Jimmy Johns is the best I’ve been too. Their bread is perfectly soft, yet still resistant enough to have to tear at a little when ripping large hunks off of your Italian nightclub with extra jimmy peppers. I don’t even like mayo, but something about their combo just works. Add to this a fast paced atmosphere and hard working, good old fashioned advice on the walls, and you get a great place for a quick lunch break during the day.

Monumentally terrible service. If you’re hungry for a hassle-sandwhich, heavy on the disrespect, then these damp-bread makers will satisfy your appetite quick. I knew something was strange when I pulled up and the first thing I saw was a worker throw a bagged-sandwich from the doorway, halfway across the parking lot, to be caught by the delivery driver. Hey, if it takes a fumble or two, it’s in the spirit of efficiency. So what’s my major grievance? LoL. I made the mistake of asking too much of their culinary skills… I showed up in the evening and attempted to order two deluxe sandwiches(#12 + bacon & #13). I said to the young man at the till, «…and would you please cut my sandwhiches in half at an angle?» I was abruptly told by Hunter, «we can’t do that, it is against our company policy.» This was so unexpected and absurd that I laughed, and couldn’t help but think Hunter was being funny and putting me on. So I looked up and asked again. Hunter, however, was not smiling, and he repeated his phrase about how cutting my sandwhich was against policy. Fuzzy beauracracy is the last thing anyone expects when ordering a sandwich, so I chuckled and told Hunter that I would believe him if he could show me, in writing, where the business policy stated that sandwhiches could not be cut as requested. Hunter coldly replied, «you can wait… but it will take me a few hours.» Then, without skipping a beat, Hunter pulled his cell phone out of his pocket and said he could call his boss to «have the policy explained to me.» I said, «ohhh’kayyy, call your boss, and have them explain it to me.» Hunter walked away out of sight, to have this supposed conversation with the manager. The sandwich maker, Angel, stared at me as if I had just smacked a priest, then rudely repeated everything that Hunter has just said. But when I patiently explain to her that I have had every single one of my sandwiches cut in half, at an angle, by every sandwich maker at any JJ’s I’ve ever been to, for years, she shrugged, as if lifting a garage door, and sighed. Then she looked past me, and tried to speak through me to the single-other customer that had materialized behind me. I politely move aside. At that moment, Hunter returned in a visible huff and declared, «make them however he wants! Can you explain what you want?» I said, «yes, I want you to cut my sandwiches in half, at an angle?» Hunter Palm-slaps a loaf of bread on the counter, then demonstrated with a knife, «like this?» I confirmed, «yes, that’s correct.» So Hunter proceeded to ring me up, while Angel abandons the other customer’s half-made sandwich to begin making both of mine. The customer sighed and had a pained look on his face. Hunter did not ask me if I wanted chips or a drink — which I did — but he demands the $ 16 in payment and loudly drummed his thumbs on the cashier while he inspected the ceiling. I had a cold feeling in my stomach at this point, and just before I gave him the card I canceled the order. I refuse to eat anything that was assembled with careless reluctance and spite. I don’t blame Hunter and Angel for their lack of professionalism, as it is apparent they have received so little training as to be unable to cut a sandwhiches in half without consulting the management; the children that run this joint are left here unsupervised, with the idea that they have the authority to invent company policy, on the spot, and deny customer requests before they have understood them.

They always use too much lettuce. Also, I know the delivery is supposed to be quick, but that doesn’t mean they should drive so aggressively, or do at least 10mph over the speed limit in a residential area.

Step out of the subway of $ 5 footlongs into the light of Jimmy John’s … with $ 5.758″ subs. Basically, it’s the same food as Subway with potentially better quality minus that funky subway odor. I was hosting a small working-lunch and asked each attendee to pick out a sandwich from the Jimmy John’s website. Then I placed the full order online. The pile of subs were ready when I arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time. Seriously, I was in and out of the store in minutes and quickly on my way back to the office. My hoagie sandwich was an 8-inch Turkey & Cheese sandwich on White Bread. It was simple. It was tasty. Lunch was a hit. No reason not to try Jimmy John’s again when I want the freedom to order online and a slight upgrade over similar sandwich mega chains.

They are okay for a sandwich place that claims to deliver but doesn’t deliver to anyone who is outside a mile radius. Kind of silly. I live 1.2 miles away and when I’m not able to drive my food options are limited. Well thanks for nothing? On the bright side they are always super nice when I go In and get my food(:

I am not coming back to any of JJ restaurants after this experience. Guy said they don’t even have salt, i had to ask for a napkin, it’s like you can eat sandwich without napkins. Music was crazy loud rock, not my thing at all, guy never smiled, looked like rather a butcher than a manager

This place is AWFUL. When they first opened up I was really excited to have a good sandwich shop around. but when I went to place a delivery order, I lived ONE block out of their delivery zone… Fine. I decided to drive down there to place my order and pick it up. Walking in. You can barely hear yourself think. The music is loud(and bad, too) and immediately you have the 16 year old employees yelling to get your order. I ordered the ultimate porker and the lady asked me if I wanted avocado or cheese, I said yes to both. My $ 6 sub ended up being almost $ 9 with the extras and I wasn’t even told that the avocado or cheese was an upcharge. Whatever, I just blew it off and paid the price. Getting my sandwich, the kid nearly threw it at me and told me have a good day. Turns out, they hide the napkins because they want to save money, REALLY? Come on, guys. I bite into my sandwich and I get a mouthful of oil. Last time I checked, olive oil wasn’t an ingredient on the sub. I went back up to the counter and told the woman what my issue was and she didn’t hesitate to argue with me saying, «We always put oil on our sandwiches, it makes the bread less dry.» Okay… great way to make me feel like I’m getting fresh ingredients. I asked for a refund and she pushed me toward getting another sandwich. At this point I’m mad, hungry and want to go home. I told her I just wanted my money and wanted to leave. I went across the street to Pita Pit and enjoyed a meal there. Never coming back to this place. DON’T WASTEYOURTIME.

I love jimmy johns. This specific jimmy johns was good. But not the best. I love the sandwiches. The #10 is my favorite. I get it everything and it tastes amazing.

Not impressed. Sandwich is chewy and plain. I was also not pleased when they charged me .80 to add avocado spread to my #16 but could not give me(or put on the side) my wife’s avocado spread that she didn’t want on her sandwich. But of course they didn’t take the .80 off her sub. Rip off!

Loud, cold, obnoxious staff, meh sandwich. We had to ask them to lower the music volume so we could place our order. The people behind us also complained about loud music and freezing cold temp.

We used to order daily from here but when we moved one mile away they wouldn’t deliver to us. We have 17 people working here and clients daily that want lunch. They must be doing really well to turn away business. I will not be ordering from or frequenting this establishment. What exactly is thier delivery radius? In the same center only? Ridiculous! Thier sandwiches aren’t that good!

Went back and gave this sandwich shop another chance. This time out the freshness of the bread was MUCH better than on that first visit and the employees were much friendlier and helpful. Overall our sandwiches were a good value and tasted fresh. Despite having a mediocre experience on our original visit we will now be going back.

S side of NE5th Ave just W of the 5 Freeway near Buffalo Wild Wings Jimmy John’s as many know is the PNW’s answer to Subway(or like sort of Quiznos, Jersey Mike’s, or a Togo’s) till other National Chains make it up to this direction… heck if it were up to me I’d love to see a Which Which Sandwich make it up to this direction(right now I think Seattle may be their closest location.) They are expanding, but not nearly as fast as Jersey Mike’s is. Gandolfo’s from New York would also be a pretty good option. They just installed one fairly recently in Orange County California which was nice. What sets JJ’s apart from many of the Subways etc. out there is their bright eyed, fun, kind, helpful, and genuine staff that they employ. There is a pretty good chance that they will show appreciation for your presence from beginning to end from a simple hello or welcome to their helpful questions to a thank you and a goodbye. I’ve had Jimmy John’s twice now and at two significantly different times, but what remained consistent by sheer coincidence was that I had a version of an Italian Sandwich both times. The first time I had one of their 8″ Subs the #5 The Vito: www.yelp.com/biz_photos/jimmy-johns-vancouver?select=T-MXqyGhCUAlv40gSuZuDQ#Gz0pOF7GTOsPgrH9ru4RA and as you can see the bread is a little less bulky so to speak which allows one to experience the other ingredients more. This sammie wasn’t bad. All ingredients were fresh and the portions were fine… it just neglected to blow me away. On my most recent visit I had one of their«Giant Club Sandwiches» the Italian Night Club: to which I added hot peppers. I believe the Giant Clubs get their name from the addition of meat, but I could be wrong. The bread was different this time and even though it was very lightly toasted still came off as slightly dry and detracted a little bit from the other ingredients. I was definitely able to taste the other ingredients still though and they were still pleasing. They have their own signature sandwiches available, but you are more than welcome to customize one yourself. The also offer catering services. I would say I was more blown away by the service than the food. The service was really great. The whole venue was kept immaculate. There is plenty of parking in this Strip Mall lot. They have a palate of mostly black, white, red, a little bit of yellow, and natural stained wood. Seating comes in the form of plastic booths. I found their background music while enjoyable… a little on the loud side.

Tried this place twice and I believe the reason they advertise speedy service is because they don’t take the time to put anything on your sandwich. Paid $ 10 bucks for a mediocre sandwich and a drink. Left hungry each time and I really don’t need a lot to be full. There’s a Pita Pit across the street and although I get bored of Subway, I’d choose that deal over this.
