Tried this place for the first time yesterday with my family. Service was spectacular and the food we had was delicious. I ordered the jalepeño cheese sausage breakfast combo plate with pancakes. They were the best pancakes I have ever had in my life. Even my picky eater 2 year old son ate his food. We will definitely dine here again!

I love the food here, my friends and I frequently order take out on the weekends. The last two times I’ve ordered the veggie wrap they forgot to include the sour cream and salsa.

I ordered a sandwich without fries it cost $ 10.99. The food is ok but not for that high price and service not so good

Reading another reviews post, we followed their lead and ordered the almond crusted french toast with bacon and substituted the eggs for hashbrowns. The french toast is heavenly. The hashbrowns were also very good, and they were not ruined with margarine or cooking spray like some of the places around town. The bacon was average. The staff was super friendly. There are two things that made this only a 4 star review – (1) the noise level in this place is tough to deal with, and (2) although very minor, they suggest a tipping amount on the receipt based on the price of breakfast AND the taxes, instead of just the price of breakfast. So, if you are fine with noise and you don’t mind the issue with them suggesting a tip on the taxes, the french toast is worth the visit!

Had the meat lovers scramble with red potatoes and pancakes. Good flavor, lots of food and the pancakes were fluffy and tssty. Will assuredly be visiting again!

One of the better breakfast locations in Vancouver. They have lots of options. You can go healthy with a turkey veggie scramble, or indulge with a waffle or french toast. The food is all good! They have flavored creamer on the tables for the coffee, which is one of my favorite parts. They have a rewards program that’ll get you some freebies, which is nice.

The overall feeling of this place is homey, nothing fancy. Service tends to be kind of slow but the food makes up for how long it takes to place an order! The portions were really big! We came with a group of 6 and we all ordered different things on the menu! So much to choose from if you like choices!

I have only been to the location on NE 117^th by Safeway.
This restaurant serves the best everything. The breakfast foods are superb. I’m not sure if they cook everything in bacon grease but I hope they do. The buttermilk pancakes are super tasty and they serve them with a scoop of real butter large enough you don’t need to ask for extra.
Service is great they do whatever they can to customize your order. The wife and I often split a meal and they instinctively bring an extra plate and extra butter and syrup for us. Eggs bacon hashbrowns and pancakes!

I took my daughter here for breakfast this morning and wasn’t impressed. The V-​8 I ordered was definitely plain tomato juice, and out of the three things we ordered on the «keep it simple» menu option, only the eggs were good. The sausage patties were overly greasy, as in puddles of grease on top of both, and the biscuits and gravy were bland and slightly cold. The price was moderate, but I’d pay more for better quality and service.

Great food, didn’t take long to come out and was hot. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive to us the whole time. Would definitely come again.

Great food and great service. The waitresses were very polite. The restaurant wasn’t crowded. The food was good and it didn’t talk long for it to come out.
My only issue were the flies. There were a few flies that just wouldn’t leave the restaurant. When we first walked in they were right there.

I came here here a few years ago when it was called something else. It sucked. Plain and simple. Food was terrible. Service was ok
I decided to give it another chance. Glad I did. Can’t say anything about lunch cause I haven’t had it. Breakfast, on the other hand, is very good. Eggs prepared just like I ordered them. Hashbrowns were excellent and not too greasy. Coffee was decent.
The waitress, Lola? I wish I had remembered her name cause she was very pleasant and very attentive. I recommend this place for breakfast.

Overpriced, underserved, food doesn’t match price being charged. Bacon not cooked properly for thickness makes their too thick bacon chewy and stick in teeth. Eggs needed to be sent back on the 3 trips I’ve made to this establishment, and the French Toast was overcooked, stale tasting, and tough to chew. Coffee is inconsistent either too weak or too strong, which they try to compensate for by using those international delight flavored creamers. All in all won’t go back for another dose of that.

I wish they had more gluten free options… we used to love their sandwiches but can no longer eat them. Other than that, the food is pretty amazing. It’s been hit or miss on the service but that’s usually to be expected during peak hours of the brunch experience. Too bad they don’t have bloody mary or Mimosa options… Great food!

Good food, fast, big portions, good coffee,
and reasonably priced. Not much else you can ask for. Really like this place and would recommend you try it for breakfast.

Wonderful breakfast, nice selection and good food. A group of 7 of us arrived on Saturday morning and quickly found a spot! The restaurant is a lot bigger than it might appear on the outside. The server was super friendly and checked in with us a few times throughout our meal. I’ll definitely be back.

The hubby and I have eaten here at least a dozen times since moving to Vancouver. We LOVE their breakfast! Had Crystal as our waitress several times and she is awesome! Always accurate and very friendly as well as fast. I had a veggie omelet w/​hash browns and pancakes (enough for almost two meals) and my hubby had biscuits & gravy w/​cakes. We’ve tried a couple other places, but this is the best so far HANDS DOWN

I’ve been to the other one over in salmon Creek it’s just as good. It tastes the same. Friendly wait staff. Very good breakfast. Love their ham benedict highly recommend. Also their ham is very good. One of the best. Usually I never order a side of it. But here I do. They have the best coffee in Vancouver. Imo out of all the other brunch places I’ve been to. Definitely recommend.

Ordered the soup/​salad combo. Served a very unappetizing garden salad that appeared as if it were made in advance and placed in a refrigerator. The greens were wilted and topped with dry-​looking cucumber slices, red onions and transparent tomato slices.
My husband and I were fairly sure the soup was made by Progresso and modified.

Very good, non-​greasy breakfast. Service was quick and polite. Will definitely be back again.
