Worst experience ever. After waiting a month and a half with 4 separate occasions where they said they we’re coming out to fix the roof and never did, we gave up! Even talked to the owner who failed to come out today, new years Eve. We are beyond disappointed. To top it all off Carla their receptionist, is the rudest. She has no custimer service skills. Even hung up on me when i asked when we were scheduled to have our roof repaired. She says she doesnt know their schedules and has her own frustrations with the company.
We got a quote before thanksgiving to get our roof fixed, and now its the new year, with our roof still leaking. we are very upset they strung us along all this time.

The roof on my house needed to be replaced completely. The previous owners had already patched too many times. Paul did the bid and was great and informative and not too pitchy (I HATE when they’re skeezy salesmen). Everything went exactly how he said the process would go. The work crew was efficient and wasted no time and did a great job cleaning up. It was a crew of 3 guys and it took them two days from start to finish. I know some crews can do it in a day but those crews usually have at least five guys and five trucks hanging out at your house and taking up your street for ten hours straight. I much appreciated the smaller crew and less traffic more. You get what you pay for and these guys are definitely worth the extra dollar.

These are great people and they do an excellent job.
I hired Leak Seal to do a metal roof an a floating home. They were very professional and did a beautiful job on a difficult project. They took as many trips as was necessary and ordered extra parts and even worked on a Sunday in order to get the job done in a timely manner.
I would hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone.
