This company is extremely unprofessional; their customer service is nowhere near acceptable; and they are not in any way trustworthy. My move with them resulted in overpayment, broken items, and when I objected to the poor quality of their service, they blacklisted me. AVOID this company; they will absolutely and certainly let you down.

I worked with Lile North American in Vancouver for a 3 month period with some business transportation needs. They were amazing! Jeff, the manager was very professional and extremely helpful in dealing with several weekly deliveries as well as pick ups directly from the warehouse. His warehouse staff went above and beyond in helping our clients with their needs. We will definitely use them again next year!

The Lile packing team was great! Took extra care with my special pieces of furniture.

ABSOLUTELYAVOIDTHISCOMPANY!!! I have never worked with such unprofessional people in my life. The movers are incompetent. They stacked heavy boxes right on top of boxes marked fragile and did this repeatedly causing breakage to many household belongings. They pulled down a 20 foot curtain rod full of curtains that put a large hole in the wall and prevented us from rehanging the curtains. They then sent a furniture repair man, not someone who knew how to fix drywall, and he made the damage to the wall much worse. They offered to send the same man back a third time but what sense would it make to keep sending out a man who had no idea how to repair a wall and only made the damage worse? They also held my belongings hostage. I was told if I did not buy their insurance they would not delivery my stuff. I had to call the state department in charge of licensing moving companies who in turn called Lile to get them to release my belongings. What kind of business forces you to sick the government on them just to get your things? The billing process is also a nightmare. They add on several fees that make no sense. Like the set up fee. How much setting up would a storage company need to do? Make room for your stuff? Isn’t storing stuff the reason they exist? And beware, they do not charge you all the fees up front. Nope, they wait for months to bill you for all those set up fees, so late in fact that if you call and ask for an explanation regarding all those fees, no one in the office will be able to tell you anything about them.
