What a croc. They try to sell sell sell. I got no results from it and they get snippy when you tell them it isn’t working for you. 3 weeks almost 500 bucks wasted.

While I think the program might work well if there was proper coaching, you will not get that here. After months, I finally had to call one of the other WA clinics for help as the Vancouver owner is just too busy with personal issues, and seems totally uninterested in really being helpful. It’s too bad this is the only option for injections locally. I have stopped by numerous times at different hours to pick something up, only to find no on there. Hopefully, someone else will take it over and run it properly, maybe with some enthusiasm to help people with what they are paying an extreme amount of monkey for.

I was soo disappointed. I went in for 4 treatments, and never saw a doctor for a consultation, and was kind of ignored for the most part. I feel like their business suffers for lack of customer service and for adverstising that isn’t quite true.
