This company has a property listed on CL in Kelso WA that says Locally managed but when you dive in a little deeper you find out they are out of Vancouver. Also the $ 200.00 set up fee??? what the hell is that and another fee to run her background check and a way higher than average deposit amount this lady is dreaming there are about 10 property management companies here in town LOCAL that don’t charge any of that crap. im very surprised a property owner would outsource like that… shame shame
