The store is just a tiny little place. I’ve used them twice and was very pleased with their work. In my case I had boots stretched and widened. Nice fellow behind the counter. A strong recommend!

I took in a pair of mediocre quality boots that I just adore. The heels were a mess. This shop resoled the heels for I think around 25 dollars. I have had these boots for years and am thankful that I can continue to wear them. They looked GREAT afterward and I am please with the service!

I dropped off a pair of $ 300 boots because the zipper broke. When I got them back, the repaired boot was much smaller; the shoe width cramps my foot and I am barely able to zip it up because there is about ¼″ difference between the circumference of the two boots now. If I had known he had to remove the sole to repair the boot, I probably would have said no thanks. When he put the shoe back together, he didn’t line it up right, so now I can’t even wear them. I should have tried them on before I left, but he didn’t offer and there was nowhere to sit down anyway. I am sure he does a great job with different types of shoes, but I would recommend against having him replace a zipper on a tall pair of boots.
