Did not have a good experience here. Was basically ignored though all employees were fine chiming in on my problem. One guy was talking to me as he was walking toward the cars so I follow. As we get outside I show him where my car is and his response was «oh, did you need help?» Are you f’ing kidding me? You had me follow you! I then walk back inside to the chick who thought she was helping even though she didn’t know squat about cars. I finally got fed up and walked out. Lost my business for sure.

I kind of hate that this earns accolades, but thank you, Counter Guy Whose Name I Forget, for treating me like a human being! I was dreading having to go in for a new headlight bulb, so I took the actual bulb with me, matched it exactly, and went to the counter to pay. Took all of 30 seconds. And then Counter Guy was really nice! Not creepily-​hitting-​on-​me nice or condescending-​because-​girls-​in-​auto-​parts-​stores-​lol nice, but actually genuinely friendly-​conversation-​with-​a-​fellow-​human-​being nice. Thanks, dude! You’ve earned a repeat customer.

So happy that Schuck’s went out of business in this area and that O’Reilly’s came in. Everything you thought and hated about Schuck’s does not exist at an O’Reilly’s, they actually train their counter people and are kind and understanding to women (personally witnessed). The selection is good and the quality of parts is heads and shoulders over what was here before. The parts people will also help install your wiper blades! If you have avoided this place because of what it was before, you need to give them a try again.
