We had a leak in our roof, and we called Ben Yost at Pacific Northwest Roofing Solutions. He came out on the day we called, diagnosed our problem, and installed and fixed the leaking, cracked roof vent by that evening. We really appreciated that he would not leave the job undone, and stayed until after dark to finish the repair. We especially appreciate that the roof is no longer leaking. The cost of the repair was reasonable, too. Thank you, Ben, for your dedication to your job!

DO NOT USE PACIFIC NORTHWEST ROOFING SOLUTIONS OR BEN. I made the mistake of going with the cheapest bid, and that was $ 950 WASTED.
Ben installed PLASTIC gutters that he purchased from Lowes. (The tags were still on the gutters) I choose white, yet most of the gutters he installed were white except one, which was off-​white. I photographed the gutters, left him a voice mail and asked him what his plans were to correct the color difference, which he did. That was Ok.
However, the gutters were installed at the end of June. At the first rain they leaked, so he came and he said he made the repair. It didn’t really start to rain until November, then the problems came. Above the kitchen window the gutters are so far off the eves that the rain POORS off the roof but misses the gutters entirely. On the front of the house one of the gutters sags, and another one has separated at the joint.
I accept the fault of his crappy work because, although I didn’t understand what PVC gutters are. I assumed they were a continuous vinyl that is cut into one long piece… BUT NO! What he installed are 8 foot sections that snap together with HUGE mounting brackets AND LEAK/​become separated.
Of all the gutters to become separated, the one that failed first, (there’s now 2) is the gutter above the garage, directly where I park. I would be better off not having any gutters at all.
I can excuse his crappy product because he was ²⁄₃^rd the cost of the other bids. But I can not excuse him that he refuses to call me back. The gutters failed immediately after the first big rain of the year/​just before Thanksgiving. I’ve called him several times leaving voicemails but he has not returned my calls. Nor has he come to the house to fix the mistake. HE HAS NOT HONORED HIS 6 MONTH WARRANTY!
