Every time I come here all the employees are friendly and funny and throw together a quick pizza. The store manager Ben is so great.

Warmest service of (temporarily) coldest pizza ever! Dexter approves.
Be sure to try: Any of their (formerly) Delight pizzas with artisan ingredients! Everything is delish; you really can’t go wrong. Best vegetarian pizza ever (order: the gourmet vegetarian, thin crust).
Beware: Your canine companions will get addicted to this place! I place my order using my dog’s name to cue the window folks that Dexter is coming! They are always happy to see him (and me!) and greet him with savory pepperoni.
And don’t forget to ask for their specials, and/​or bring coupons from your email/​the newspaper. Great deals!

Best customer service of any location I’ve seen. Never had a bad order and the staff is always quick and smiling.

The employees were a breath of fresh air! Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. They were friendly, courteous, and funny! Took just a few minutes for them to make my pizza and I was out the door with a smile on my face! I will definitely be taking a different route on my way home from work, just to come to this location, rather than the location that is much closer to my home. I am a very please customer today. I moved to Vancouver, WA almost a year ago. This Papa Murphys is the closest to where I live, so my husband and I have been here quite often. We have always been pleased with our experience, except for tonight. So we always order our pizza online and just come in to pick it up. Tonight when we drove up to the front of the store we noticed a dog inside… giving them the benefit of doubt we thought it must be a service dog. Then we see one of the workers reach over the counter and feed the dog something. Completely in shock we are still in our car just watching. Then we notice another worker guiding the dog back up to the front of the store (I guess he had wandered into the back). My husband, then, goes in the store to get our pizza. That dog was not with any client in the store. So my thought is this… that dog must have been one of the workers or the owners dog. I do not know who in the world would allow a dog to run around a store with exposed food everywhere. That is beyond disgusting and a huge health code violation. I don’t know about you, but I most certainly do not want dog hair on my pizza. We will most definitely not be back to this Papa Murphys!

Good as every other papa murpheys. get more food for the price because it’s not pre cooked. Always a coupon or special going on that will include something you like. if you call in your order, they have a drive up window.
