PDX Strippers

I hosted a bachelorette party for two brides and wanted to hire from more of a local company rather than some 1800 #. Found PDX Strippers and called the main line. Spoke to «Nick» or «Eric»? and he was so nice and so accommodating! He said that he had two gentlemen that could attend my party and that I would just need to put down a deposit. I did so via pay pal and everything was seemingly fine.
A few hours before the show was to begin, the entertainer text me and said that he’d show up at the agreed upon time and that he would answer any questions that I had prior to showing up. I had text him back and could see, as an iphone user, that he had read my response. He then did not respond. At the agreed upon time, he didn’t show. I called the number that had text me and there was no answer. I called the mainline for the office of PDX Strippers, and no answer. I left two messages and no response.
We had scheduled our evening around this show that was to be a surprise for the brides-​to-​be. I had to call again the next day to request my refund. The call went to voicemail again. Later in the evening I received an email from PayPal stating that I had been refunded my deposit with a message from the merchant saying «So Sorry for our dancer flaking.»
I’m happy that I received my deposit back, however the entire situation seemed quite a bit less than professional. I was disappointed.
