We have been coming to this store since it opened… dog food, cat food, mice to feed the snakes, crickets for the other lizardy friends and 8 legged arachnids we keep as family members… plus the hamsters, pet rats and birds of various breeds and all that comes with them. We have yet to come here for something and find they dont have it. Thats always a plus.
Service can be hit or miss sometimes, although the one woman thats been here forever (I have forgotten her name! Sorry!!) with shorter brunette hair is always friendly and has a smile for us at any time. They also used to have a guy here (many years ago) that was very knowledgeable with reptiles, snakes in particular, so that was a huge plus for me as that was near the beginning of our snake loving adventures.
It is easier to purchase crickets since they moved the barrels to the front of the store near the registers. I dont suggest you bother with the prepacked ones… they tend to be near death most of the time, if half of those in the container arent already gone, that is. Dog, cat, rodent, and bird food is all plentiful in choice of brand, size of container to purchase, and flavor mixes.
I have brought some of our pets in with us to shop before and they are friendly to my «babes», including the snakes and other creepy crawlies that might be riding around my shoulder, neck, or clinging to my shirt. :)

Service is ok. The bathrooms are disgusting. I had to tell a worker about the ladies room. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite sometime. I will still shop there only because it’s close to my home.
So 3 months later, still the bathroom toilet was disgusting. Seriously rethinking coming here.

Don’t bother with this store! Not sure who other reviewers are talking about, but the cashiers here are rude and very unfriendly! Drive a little extra to shop at Petsmart! So disappointed!

Staff in the store are helpful! Watch out when taking your pet to get groomed, they like to add on services that were not previously discussed when you dropped off your pet. It was very disappointing when I had to find a new groomer after taking my dog there for two years!

The staff here was absoutely helpfull, knowledgeable and friendly. They obviously aren’t working on commisison but for their love of animals. I went to this location looking for a hamster for my daughter. I would have completely picked out the wrong/​more expenive set up based on flash rather than what’s best for the animal and for the age of my girls. Our sales associate spent about 20 minutes with us patiently answering questions and going over the pros and cons of each pet/​habitat. My only recommendation would be to bring an additional shoebox with you. We live about 10 minutes away and the hamster had already chewed a hole in the box we recived. Much longer and we would have had a hamster loose in the car. Just FYI. Overall, very positive esperience — MUCH better than PetSmart and the associate made a point to show us the hamsters up for adoption that were only $ 5 because they belive in promoting adoption.
