Why would Red Robin eliminate the plain chicken breast??? Now it’s marinated in overly salty something(not sure what), but its taste is completely different, and quite frankly, gross. Ugh, another restaurant bites the dust in the limited sea of restaurants in Vancouver.

I’ve eaten at every red robin in the area and this is the only one where I feel the need to write a review. First it took the staff 3 tries to pour me the right beer that I asked for. Then we asked for an order of fries and a small plate with 8 fries came out. I understand red robin has been limiting on the«bottomless» fries, but this was just ridiculous. All the other locations at least bring a decent size basket. Not to mention we were not once checked on for a refill in the fries. When we finally asked, they came out after we already paid the check. The artichoke dip came out with a heaping pile of chips and a good 6 tablespoons of dip in a sauce tray. Not even enough to dip 5 chips in. We then asked if we could get a sundae for my daughters birthday and waited for 20 minutes before we just up and left. Definitely the worst location I’ve been to in the Portland metro area.

I usually am fond of establishments named after birds but this one is different. The new tablets on the table are a nice touch and the aircraft models hung from the ceilings made me feel comfortable until The Red Robin laid eyes on me. I have never felt great fear like this before. We made a connection visually that probed my inner feelings. This feeling could of been food poisoning from muchos gracias yesterday but I doubt it.

This location is the best! Quick and friendly service and never a long wait. The wait staff is super friendly and we are always well taken care of during our visit there. Erica has been out waitress the last few times and she is fantastic! This will be our go to location for sure!

Usually always enjoy their food. Had the crispy chicken salad. Not so good. The breading is awful. Needs seasoning for sure. Change the recipe you use please. Waste of my money.

most of these chain stores seem to do ok but this particular location is one of the consistently worst for customer service i can only assume that such constant poor service has to be the result of poor management skip this location and just go to the one out by vancouver mall

Last night when my family and I went out to celebrate my MuM’s Birthday. The atmosphere is good. The waitress was satisfactory. We all ordered our food and drinks, which came out pretty quickly. But when my mums side salad came it was half the size it use to be and when asked for tortilla chip strips for the salad the manager came by set them on the table and abruptly left. he never came back to ask is how our food was or how we are doing. in the past a manager has always came by and asked us how we are doing at any location we’ve been to. The fries were awful. they were extremely soggy and under cooked. When we had ordered more they never came until we were ready to leave. My chicken caesar wrap and was less than perfect. dry chicken and not well seasoned. And how they always bring you a Sunday for your birthday regardless of your age my mom never received hers. I will probably not return to this location for a while. So long story but I was not happy with my food and service.

Arrived at 5, early enough for them not to be too far behind. Adult meals showed up after about 30 minutes, 10 minutes ahead of the kids meals. Table of 8 with 4 napkins. We asked Whitney for more napkins and nothing happened… she finally came back with more iced tea and we reminded her about napkins. We finally got more napkins about the time we were all finished eating. The kids Mac n’ cheese has always been refillable, my kids look forward to it — well not anymore! They will refill fries and broccoli but not cheap Mac n’ cheese. The split check was all messed up and then Whitney dumped iced tea down my back while trying to figure it out. Seriously?!? The food was normal red robin. The service left MUCH to be desired! And be careful with the table top computers — the kids racked up $$ on our bill playing games.

Excellent experience, mostly thanks to server Cody B. I am a Red Robin connoisseur. When I first moved to Seattle, I stopped at the neighborhood RR(first visit ever) and the bartender explained that«everybody in the NW eats at RR.» Of course I wanted to fit in, so I signed up for the RR royalty card. Anyway… This is one of the better locations. Nicely updated, delicious, juicy burgers, food served at just the right temperature, quick service. Actually I would say the food at this location was way above your average RR. What really set this visit apart from the rest was server Cody B. He was very attentive, quick to respond, friendly, and well informed. This was the best visit I have ever had to any RR. Thanks, Cody B. Also, while I hate to compare, this visit was so much better than my visit to the RR at the Van Mall in June. Glad I found this location near my new hood.

After being a Red Robin customer for over 20 years, I had my worst experience that I can remember at this particular location. The restaurant was probably about 60% occupied, and our food came out less than warm, and it took an abnormal amount of time to get my food. I must add, that Saul was outstanding,(he was not our server) He went above and beyond to check on us from time to time, because i believe he noticed or dissatisfaction. If I EVER go back to that location it would only be because of Saul.

This is truly the best Red Robin around the area. It’s a smaller location, but never seems 100% full which is perfect. The food tastes better here than other locations. The hostess could be a bit more friendly would be my only complaint.

The service at this location is just amazing. The host staff was quick, the bar service was excellent and the manager thanked us for coming in when we left. The host even held the door open while we were leaving which is always a nice touch. Food is always super yummy — great burgers and a the grilled chicken salad with the jalapeño dimes is to die for. Bravo team!

After a mediocre meal and poorly made drinks, they lost our credit card. Not only did the other servers not help to locate it, they thought it was funny. After the 20 minutes of terror, they found it at the bar. The manager came to our table and left«free dessert with purchase«coupons in our bill folder. I was not satisfied. The manager was rude, not understanding, and impatient. After talking to him for a minute he rips up our ticket in a sarcastic manner at our table and walking off in a huff, I vowed to never go back. Never ever again. If you go, pay in cash. Don’t risk your credit card security.

Am usually a RR fan, but had horrid experience on Jan. 12th8pm at this one. Service was beyond slow. Waitress kept walking past our table without asking if we needed anything. I ordered a Spanish Coffee that was served with SALT on the rim rather than sugar. When I took it to the bartender, she looked embarrassed. She admitted that it did indeed appear to be salt which meant she had been serving salt rim drinks all day rather than sugar because she’d used table salt to refill the bowl by accident. YUCK! It took over 20 minutes before the waitress took our food order and the restaurant barely had any patrons. The food took forever to get to us and the BLTA I ordered, my regular favorite, came on a large dinner roll rather than the signature crescent roll it usually comes on. Very disappointed with this RR! Avoid it like the plague and enjoy your RR faves anywhere else!

Been here twice now, both times for each of my in-laws’ birthdays. It’s a convenient place to go with the family, especially when there may be little kids in tow. They sing to you and bring you a piece of birthday dessert, the regular stuff you’d expect from a communal chain. Apparently everyone else got that memo too because each time I’ve been there i have heard the birthday song sung no less than four times, seriously. The servers are all peachy as can be, it’s busy, but they keep smiling, and they keep their good manners through it all. The hostesses though, I think, scratch that, I KNOW, are the worst part of the chain. Their only job is to seat people or take a wait list. I understand they don’t take reservations or call aheads, but they at least put your name down when you get there… or they are supposed to! We arrived to put our name down at 5:25pm, and we didn’t end up seated until close to 6:30pm… and no, there were plenty of open seats, they just didn’t pass the message on to anyone to push two tables together for us because they didn’t put our names down. Eventually one in a party took a lap around the restaurant and asked why couldn’t they just clean off any number of dirty tables to push together for us. A question, whose answer you can answer yourself. Blah, blah, blah, we skipped the birthday song and dessert, ate our food and left. Consistent food(despite my veggie burger being cold around the edges), flavors were there though, then of course a «back up in the kitchen» when you want your refill of fries… not me, I got broccoli, but others at our table got like 6 fries with their burger and waited for 15 minutes to get a plate of «refill fries» to then share. Don’t advertise your endless fries when you constantly like to make people wait for them. It’s not like we even gorged ourselves we just wanted more than 6 to start!

I’m going to *update* my review based on my previous review and the company’s response. I was contacted by a Red Robin representative, probably in the marketing department to get more information on what happened on my visit beginning of September. I re told my dining experience and she stated that the manager of the restaurant would be in touch with me. A week went by, still hadn’t heard from the manager of the restaurant. I replied to the lady who had contacted me via Unilocal,and let her know I had not heard anything as of that time. She apologized, and I believe the next day I heard from the manager. I retold my story, yet again. The manager didn’t really have that much to say other than reassuring me the dining did have knives and I should have been able to cut my burger before it had gotten cold. Thanks. He also said he would be sending me something in the mail and asked for my address. It is now the end of September and I have not received anything in the mail. This shows me how the company runs. No follow through and no direction. Very frustrating.

Wanted to sit outside, took forever to wait. Then, once we were outside, they promised they’d push two tables together. All the tables emptied but they never cleaned them off, to give us more room. I had to go in and ask for a cocktail menu, they didn’t give us one. Server took 20 mins to even show up, we asked if they would close the blinds, never did. They forgot my drink even though everyone else got theirs. Food took even longer, they are understaffed and every response to a request was, «yea, just give me a minute.» Hence, nothing ever happened. Food took almost an hour to get, even though we ordered immediately. My burger was burnt to a crisp. Overall bad service, wasn’t clean, food was subpar. Had to go inside to get check processed, because we got no service. DONOTGO!
