Unfortunately, I had to cash a check here. No I do not bank with them and after one experience I am so glad I don’t. 5 ladies in this bank and it still took 10 minutes to complete my transaction. Heard the window teller tell some old man who dropped something from his car window, «that you will have to figure it out, we don’t offer that service»! Really your talking to a customer with so little regard. No warm fuzzy here. Hence why i am glad to be a customer of Chase and Columbia Credit union… customer service is way better than here. In addition the Tenny Riverview Branch said they were low on bills and couldn’t cash my check… YOUR A BANK!!! Whew… a true blessing not to be stuck doing business with this bank!
