Sephora

Had one of my best experiences here the sales associate that’ helped me was very useful took all my make up off and found me all new products even tried a few different ones. Walked off spending more then I wanted to but hey that’s there goal and I felt like a million bucks! Got her card and will be returning soon before my trip for more!

Love this place! Staffs are very kind and helped alot! I found good brushes in sephora, but i hope they have other brand’s brush like bobbi brown, mac, and sigma beauty! There’s shiseido product for basic skin care and sun screen but compare to other location like downtown or outlet, this location has very limited products. There’s no dior, YSL, or other products that have the other sephora’s location.

This Sephora is located inside JC Penney, because of that it doesn’t stock everything that a standalone Sephora usually has. If I happen to be at this mall, I would probably browse through, but I feel I’m better off just ordering from
rather than making a trip to this location.

I came by this location the day after Christmas. I know… what was I thinking? I was truly pleasantly surprised to get such great service on a busy, stressful day full of returns, exchanges and frustrated customers.
Drea is the one who helped me pick out a foundation. I don’t normally spend a ton of $$ on makeup, but I recognize the importance of a good foundation. She showed me how to apply the makeup and demonstrated with the correct shade right there in the store. I loved being able to see the correct match on my skin.
Drea was friendly and helpful without being pushy. I highly recommend this location if you are wanting to invest in some good-​for-​your-​skin makeup.

We all know Sephora is expensive as all get out. so let’s focus on customer service.
The associates are always attentive to my needs and offer great suggestions. Other than that, the make-​up is awesomely expensive, but worth it!

I knew this place was in JC Penneys, but this Sephora is tiny! The service is good and I found what I needed, but there isn’t an opportunity to browse, because they don’t have a lot to browse through.

Sales Associate #1: Hi, do you need help with anything?
Me (aloud): Oh no thanks, just looking.
Me (in my head 5 seconds later): Awww crap… I don’t get this makeup stuff… what the hell does diva-​licious mean?
Sales Associate #2 (a minute later): Hey, can I help you with anything?
Me: Oh God yes. Where do I start?
My cousin got me set up with the Bare Minerals product line a while ago, and I recently ran out of one of the powders… so like a big girl I went to Sephora all by myself to pick up a replacement. While there I decided to expand my horizons and look at some more of the components of the line. The gal that helped me was knowledgeable about what I needed to get started, how the products were used, and what I could do to make them work a little better. I got all this info and out of the little shop in 10 minutes… perfect!
Michelle summed it up pretty well already, but it’s worth repeating just how nice the girls are here… even to fashion dummies like yours truly.
