I was able to book this place for a very good price. The check in was quick and painless, the front desk got us checked in right away. Also, when I asked for more towels and shampoo, the male worker got it for me right away. The indoor pool and spa closes at 11:00pm. So the room is pretty outdated. The restroom is pretty basic but the nice thing is that the sink is outside. There’s also a sink and microwave right when you walk into the room. There are also several chairs and couches in each room. Also, the TV is at an odd spot in between the living room and bedroom. Check out is at 12:00pm. I would stay here again for the indoor pool and spa.

This was a very pleasant surprise. We used and did the deal where it gives you a super great price, star level, and an area, but doesn’t tell you what hotel it is. I figured why not, the price was amazing. It turned out to be this hotel, and it was a great stay. The room was big, with a king bed and a seperate seating area with a sofa, coffee table and big chair. It had a small wet bar aside from the bathroom sink/counter area. My husband used the pool and spa area, and that was the only negative, is that there were kids running around like crazy people jumping in and out of the spa and pool. At one point he was actually kicked in the face by a kid getting out of the spa. Some supervision in there would go a long way. There must’ve been a baseball tourney in the area or something for Memorial Day weekend. Everything was super comfy though and clean(I’m kind of a freak when it comes to clean hotel rooms, I inspect things). All in all, very happy.

As a healthcare consultant who lives out of hotels throughout the USA, and who is a Platinum member, this was the worst Memorial Day Weekend my spouse and I have ever had. I flew to my spouse’s contract city, and this hotel we stayed at had the following nightmares: First room the toilet was clogged and the bed was as hard as a board, they moved us and the sink was clogged, but even worse, we were kept awake until 2am by rowdy noisy guests. When I called down at the front desk their reply was, «We have too many guests.» Then after numerous calls and complaints and not even being able to use the hot tub due to out of control unruly children, the hotel staff told us they could do nothing and to call the Vancouver, WA police! This hotel has no management and does not care about its Platinum members who live out of hotels for work and pay $ 25,000/year towards Marriotts. I will never stay here again!

What a treat! My family and I made a last minute reservation and Bree was an absolute delight on the phone and in person. She even remembered we were in town for my daughter’s birthday

We rented two suites –one king and one queen. We were very pleased with the accommodations, especially the separate sitting room/sleeper sofa with kitchenette(a lot of competitors have the sleeper sofa sitting right next to the beds with no privacy). The pillow-top beds were ultra comfy and the bedding exceptional and spotless. The bathroom vanity was a little small for more than one party, and the closet was difficult for all occupants to reach. The hot breakfast was outstanding and attended to nicely by staff. The lobby was comfortable and offered a nice place for casual meetings and business transactions. Having a snack shop and free coffee available 24⁄7 was a bonus. Although we did not swim, the pool seemed very nice and clean. Our stay was made most pleasant by Bree at the front desk. She was helpful, sweet, happy and always eager to share a laugh or two with us. She truly felt like one of the family.

Been here 2 weeks and everyday at about 11am my card has stopped working. Even after switching rooms and cards. The breakfast is always eggs and sausage. The counter people are friendly atleast.

Excellent value. Simple, clean, friendly atmosphere. At first, I could not think of anything too interesting to say, since there were absolutely NO issues. The wifi worked, everything was lovely. I enjoyed a good stay there, no complaints. I understand that a hot breakfast is served daily, but I overslept and did not partake. I can definitely say this: I would, in a heartbeat, bring my family, my friends, my lover – whoever – to the SpringHill. I cannot say that about another similarly classed/priced/located place at which I stayed the following week. SpringHill rocks.

Really enjoyed the stay. Great location, especially if you’re on business in Vancouver, WA area, but also in Portland. It was a 30 minute car ride from downtown Portland, and 10 minute ride to PDX airport. There is a small gym, and a Jacuzzi(3ft) plus swimming pool(3ft-5ft). Big plus for a SUPERFAST WiFi! 24⁄7 coffe and tea in lobby as well as a fruit basket on the counter. — 4 Kind of cereals(cornflakes, kellog’s frosties etc) — porridge — fresh baked waffles(self-made) — bagels — scrambled eggs, turkey and pork — fruit yogurt — milk(nonfat, 1%, 2%) — juice(3 kinds including orange and cranberry) — blueberry muffin

SpringHill Suites is a great place to stay– very clean, staff are courteous and helpful, lots of amenities and things to do in the area. Definitely a good bet for a great nights rest. Entering the hotel, you notice it is very bright and welcoming. They have 24 hour free coffee in the lobby and a meeting area/dining area. You can sit down and have a chat with friends, read the newspaper or watch the news. In the morning, they have a nice Continental Breakfast with lots of options(cereal, muffins, bagels, english muffins, eggs, sausage, juice, yogurt, fruit etc). It is a good start to your day especially since you don’t have to leave the hotel to have a decent breakfast. I stayed in a King suite and paid about $ 120 per night. The room was very large, well decorated and warm. When you walk into the room, there is a small sink with microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker area. There is also a desk with computer chair, sofa, two small end tables, and a comfortable chair. There is a cable for the free wired internet, or wireless internet available throughout the building(also free). In the next area, there was the bed, with an overhead reading light which also had a dimmer so you could adjust the brightness. There was also swiveling flat screen TV, dresser, small closet, washing/sink area and bathroom. The room area was fully carpeted and very clean and neat. The bathroom was tiled, fairly large and clean as well. Overall, it felt like a great environment, it was easy to be at ease and relax in the room. Lighting is important to me, and the room had many options which made the room cheerful. The only thing I wasn’t too fond of is the actual bed. It tended to be a little on the hard side and the blanket was too thin and short(especially for taller people). You could always turn up the heat in the room but I think this dries the room out. However, they give you plenty of pillows and it is easy to get a good nights rest here. The staff are friendly and provide excellent, courteous service. They also have a good sized pool, whirlpool and fitness room. In the lobby, there is a small snack bar with expensive drinks, snacks, and microwaveable food. Bottom line– aside from being a little pricey, you will definitely get your moneys worth here.
